This was our second visit to Ricart Hyundai. Seven years ago we also bought a Hyundai Sonata and the experience was the best I personally have ever had buying a car. The sales staff knew their product inside and out. We were in and out of the dealership (with keys in hand) in a couple of hours. The follow up after the deal was supurb and for those reasons we came back to Ricart Hyundai when it was time to replace our car. During both visits the staff answered every question we had and even some we didn't know we had. ALL businesses should be run this professionally and accessably. WE LOVE OUR CAR!! Thank you! More
Nick was wonderful to let us test drive all the cars that we were interested in so that we could make our decision. He was knowledgeable about all the options and explained them well. Joe was able to give us a good price on a car in stock when it became apparent that it would be hard to find exactly what we were looking for. Chad explained the financing and all the paperwork very clearly. However, the overall experience was only good because we didn't exactly get the car we wanted and it took over 2 hours to get processed for the purchase. Sitting in the lounge for that long is just not a great experience. More
Let me start by saying that buying cars is not my favorite thing in the world. It had been over a decade since I had done it - and the day before I went to the Ricart dealership I visited another dea favorite thing in the world. It had been over a decade since I had done it - and the day before I went to the Ricart dealership I visited another dealer where the "sales" experience I got involved just about every trick in the book. When I got to Ricart, I had my guard up - I was NOT going to be tricked and I was NOT going to pay too much. I was surprised - in a good way. Aaron Andrews did not waste my time, shared more information about the vehicle than I knew (even though I had researched it quite a bit) and kept things moving without tricks. When it came time to talk $$$, the Ricart team was direct and creative - finding ways to explain how I could get the best deal. We arrived at a price that made sense to me and felt "right", so I bought the car! Rodricka Black knew her job very well - and got me through the buying process as smoothly and quickly as I can ever remember anyone doing when buying a car. I usually do not write reviews either, but the Ricart team did such a good job that I had to take the time to give them the great review they deserve. More

This is the case at Ricart Automotive. Despite the sheer size of the dealership campus, the number of employees, and the volume of cars they are known to move, Ricart Automotive operates as a small family business who welcomes and genuinely treat their prospective customers as if they were long-time, greatly cherished friends. I can certainly state they have more than earned my business in the future and will be reflected on when I think of those who have been positively inspiring people in my life. I wish them all the best in return, and thanks for going so far outside of the typical measures of courtesies both personally and professionally. The last time I bought a car was 10 years ago and the worst experience of my life. My experience with Ricart was nothing like that. I actually had a nice and relaxing time. I filled out some info online in the morning saying I was interested in a car, he called about an hour later, we went to the dealership to meet with him - everything, from that intial phone call to the closing handshake was awesome. He was super knowledgable and personable. I left feeling like he was a loving relative. AND I have to say a major thanks to Jeremy Young, the Sales Manager, who was okay with talking to my dad on my cell phone. I can now say that we got a great deal! And Janda was great too. And Shannon. And Adam. Everyone! What I great expericene. Oh, and we love the car, too. THANK YOU!!!!! More
We did a lot of background research about a new SUV. We compared multiple makes and models and decided upon the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Living near Columbus, OH you have many options for dealers. We c compared multiple makes and models and decided upon the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Living near Columbus, OH you have many options for dealers. We chose Ricart because it was near our home but when we arrived I was very impressed by their facilities. They were very friendly and listened to our needs. They let us test drive multiple cars and with multiple drivers. They didn't pressure us to buy the car that same day. They allowed us to leave and kept in contact with us the following week. We received calls from multiple people from Ricart. They were very helpful and wanted to help us find a car that meet all our needs. We felt comfortable with them and thought they would best be able to help us lease a new car. They allowed us to come at night and let us test drive again. We then started the financial process. They thoroughly explained our options to us and wanted to help us obtain approval for the lease from Hyundai. Unfortunately, we had a 3 month premature son in December of 2011 so we had some medical bills significantly drag down my wife's credit. We were shocked at this information but they didn't write us off. They listened to us and submitted our information anyways. They continued to followup with Hyundai and eventually Hyundai gave us a counter-offer and they found us the car that meet the criteria we needed. They were able to help us lease a 2013 black Hyundai Santa Fe Sport AWD with some extra features they knew we wanted and would appreciate. The paperwork was thoroughly explained in a quick manner. It was past closing so we came back the next morning and we went over the manuals, blue link, in car functions, etc. They didn't let us leave without knowing anything and everything we wanted and more. They can work miracles and definitely showed me that they are not your average sales team. They are wonderful. They are passionate. They are caring. They treated my son, my wife and I like we were family. I highly recommend them to anybody for anything you need. They taught me to always look at the glass half full. Give them a shot and you won't be disappointed. Josiah Pier was our product specialist (test drives, features, setup blue link, demonstrations, manuals, etc.). Jeremy Young was our financial manager and he was wonderful and understood us. He worked very hard and helped us achieve a goal for our family (lease agreement, credit report). Janda Baresford was our financial manager and she was quick and thorough. She answered our questions and completed all we needed. If you go to Ricart I would ask for this team of people and you will walk away an extremely happy customer (and most likely a lifelong customer). Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! More
Joe the sales specialist was very informative, extremely helpful and new the product well along with all the features that came with the vehicle. I would have like to negotiate a sunroof or remote start in the pricing but there was no budging with cost with the manager a sunroof was one of the features i really wanted in the purchase of a new car.
