We visited last Thursday and test drove a few cars. Brett Terry was wonderful, he was very helpful. We met with Rich Montgomery to discuss financing. He was very nice. He told us that he wasn't sure he could keep us at our desired monthly payment on the car my daughter wanted. He also mentioned the amount of her income was a little on the low side and could also be an obstacle for approval. Overall the experience was good. We appreciated the honesty by Rich regarding the approval and the cost of the monthly payment. The only downside that we had to our visit that evening is that there did not seem to be communication between Rich and Brett. After we spoke to Rich we had to explain to Brett what Rich had told us. This made me a little uncomfortable as Brett was so helpful I feel like we had to let him down that we were not purchasing a car. We secured financing and came back yesterday. We asked for Brett. He was unavailable so Lance assisted us in test driving the car again. We met with the sales manager Jake (not sure of his last name, I think it was Wolley or Worley). This was unpleasant to say the least. I explained to him that we were there on Thursday and we have the financing we just need to get the base price of the car at $18,000. He really pushed for us to finance through Ricart. I explained to him we already had the conversation with Rich and it did not seem possible. He pushed more for us to try financing through Ricart because as he said they make money on the financing and could do more with the price of the car. We felt we were getting a good rate through the credit union we just needed the car at $18,000. There was some confusion, he thought I needed the deal at $18,000 with tax and title and he explained he would not be able to do that. I explained that the $18,000 would not include the tax and title, we needed the car at $18,000 so we could include the tax & title fees and still meet the amount we were approved for. I told him I had an email from another deal at $18,460. He explained that was probably given incentives that we did not qualify for because my daughter did qualify for the competitive owner incentive having not had a car in her name. Not giving that incentive would have made the car at the other dealership $18,960.00 and Ricart offers a $1000.00 low price guarantee, so my understanding would be we should get the car at $17,960.00. I guess that is not the case because somehow after I was made aware that "Ricart is the largest dealer in the world" we were given an $18,600.00 cost. After tax & fees that put about $20,200. We told him we would have to think about it because our approval was $20,000 so that was still over and he said ok, $20,000 but you have to take the silver one that we have in stock and we wanted a black one. My experience with Jake was horrible. Not because I did not get the car but because his tone in which he spoke to me was very disrespectful. There were things I did not understand and instead of him explaining them he raised his voice and took an attitude because he was being questioned. Ricart has advertised since the days of Fred Ricart playing guitar in his commercials "We're dealing". I find this to not be the case. I am disappointed as I live just down the street from Ricart and will have to take my business across town. I am extremely disappointed because I have purchased 4 cars from Ricart in the past, 3 used and 1 new Hyundai. More
I went to Ricart and I purchased my first vehicle. They got my approved and everything without a consigner, which was amazing because I was only 20 years old! I loved my car so much that when I decided it was time for a newer car, I was definitely going there! Free car washes, 100 thousand mile warranty, and all within my budget!!! Wow! I was so impressed with Andrew and Matt that if I could give them a 10 star, I would!! I would recommend anyone that wants a new car with all the bells and whistles, all while staying UNDER budget to go to Ricart! Great job guys:) More

I went into Ricart, due to his current t.v. adds 0% for 72 months. I could tell they were pushing rebates, and not 0%. My wife and I sat down at the finance office, told him 0% is why Im here. He said we don't have 0% but 0.9%, and your 2,500.00 in rebates is better. I then said, my bank offered 2.19% for 60 month, 2.64% for 72 months, its PNC bank. He said I'm using PNC. He didn't say he had us at 4.25%. I signed many papers in this deal, and yes I signed the PNC paper. I went to my bank with 737 credit score, they said, they have know idea why he pushed 4.25% TAKE YOUR OWN BANKS PAPERWORK TO THIS FIRM. More

I was most pleased in the very low pressure salesmanship at the Ricart Auto Mall. The wife and I came in on a Sunday to take a Hyundai Elantra out for a test drive knowing that we were in the market but no at the Ricart Auto Mall. After the test drive and the information provided by the sales associate, I was back in on Tuesday to get some numbers. When I came in on Tuesday, I was greeted with a different friendly associate and got to work. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and drove away happy. This says alot coming from me. Back in 1994 I purchased a vehicle form Ricart and I was less than impressed with the experience and the product. I traded that truck in after only 24 mo. and vowed that I would never return. Great price, but takes for ever for them to get it approved.. and every thing is so behind the back you dont even know what happening. None of the people believes in customer survice or building a relationship with customer, all they care about is money, more they get better you are. If you are getting a bargin deal then never ever hope for service or respect from this dealer. No matter how much harder you work to earn the money you are spending on new cars, and want to save as much as you can no one cares for you. IT's never fast nor easy so it not fun to shop at ricart.
