I have purchased a Ford Ranger from Ricart before so we were familiar with the Ricart dealership. We had a good experience then so we again went to Ricart. I must say that I have never had such a good sales person- Pete Bonzo. I had not met Pete before and was surprised at the customer service we were given. Every question was answered, he offered us a soda or coffee, he also brought my wife some popcorn. During the test drive both my wife and I got to test drive the car and ask any question. When we did make the purchase, he was very methodical in explaining every detail of the hybrid sonata and made sure we new everything about the car. All in all, a good experience! More

Matt Wretsel was one of the best salesmen I have worked with. He was very attentive to our needs when we purchased this vehicle. My experience at Ricart Megamall on 12-31-13 with Matt Writsel. I have bought 8 vehicles over my lifetime 4 used and 4 new cars. The last 3 new cars I had bought were from the local Lexus dealerships Writsel. I have bought 8 vehicles over my lifetime 4 used and 4 new cars. The last 3 new cars I had bought were from the local Lexus dealerships in Columbus. I had never visited Ricart until the last day of December 2013 to look for a new car for my daughter. After hearing good things from other Hyundai owners that we know and seeing the good deals that Ricart was offering my wife and I decided to check out Ricart. Because it was a Friday and the last day of the year we arrived a few minutes before the doors were open at the Hyundai New Car department to get ahead of the customers. We walked to the door and it was locked but as we started to step away form the door it opened and we were greater by Matt Writsel who welcomed us in as it was a cold snowy day. Matt was upbeat, polite and not pushy. He asked us the normal questions what brand, make and if we were looking to lease or buy a car. We looked at few Elantra's discussed basic pricing and left the dealership. Matt probably thought the deal was off but later that afternoon around 3PM we returned with my 16 year old daughter to help us pick out the color of her new Elantra. He was so kind to my daughter, my wife and me as we test drove the car answering all of our questions. The next steps of the experience was negotiating the final price and working with Matt's Manager, the client service people to add an option, then the finance and insurance people. All went very smooth as Matt walked us through the entire process and we were walking out the door with our new car by 4:45PM. So I can say my first and only experience at the Ricart Megamall was very pleasant due to the professionalism and knowledge of Matt Writsel our Product Specialist and your staff. Every part of my Ricart experience was great. My sales person was excellent. Amber was very friendly, informative and knowlegable answering all my questions and finding me the car I was looking for. My sales representative Matt Writsel was a very nice gentlemen, with lots of energy and did not pressure me at all. He showed me other vehicles and did not insist that was the car I needed. He took me right to the car that was for me after looking at a couple other models and after me explaining to him what I wanted in a car. I have never in my 48 years met such a great sales person! Usually there is a lot of pressure and I experienced zero pressure during the transaction of me finding the car that would work for all my needs. He was very friendly, kind and patient and I am not an easy person to sell ANYTHING too. He did beyond excellent in keeping me satisfied and happy to be there. He worked fast on the final day of the purchase cause my time was limited but did not overlook anything I needed to know about my car, where to get it serviced or where to get it washed :-) Best guy ever! You need about 300 more of him! The only problem I am having as of today 3/12/2014 is I have NOT received NOTHING in the mail for my loan payments or who has purchased the loan. I was called about 2 weeks ago and NOTHING has showed up in my mail, I even told the person that called it must be sent to my PO BOX. I stressed when I signed all the papers it MUST go to my PO box but everyone kept putting my PO box AND my street address on the paper work assuring me I would get the paper work. Again I will explain our post office is idiots and if anything is mailed to my home I more than likely will NOT get it this is why I PAY for a PO BOX. Maybe everyone will UNDERSTAND this now. And when the person called that did buy out my loan I was working, can't remember who they said they was with to even contact them. So as of TODAY I have NO CLUE where to send my payment to and I am very unhappy about that! Then when I call in today 3/12/2014 the lady that handled my loan was not in and according to whoever answered the phone NO ONE else is capable of handling this .....that is NOT a GOOD thing. And by the way ALL the businesses that my application was submitted to and declined I still have not receive NONE of them declines either but Ken did. So where are all of mine ??? He also stated that my name was spelled WRONG on the declines too....ppfff NOT GOOD. But my name on all the papers I signed at Ricart is CORRECT. JANES is my last name, not Jones, not James, not Jane........JANES JANES JANES. Well surprise surprise I haven't gotten ONE single thing in the mail....so disappointing. I did call my sales rep Matt today too, but we all know he don't handle the loan part of this deal and he can't answer them questions but assured me he will get someone to contact me asap. I just absolutely REFUSE to do voice mails when you have so many employee's at your facility. It's just down right disappointing to know that only ONE person can handle something that MANY employees are there doing the same type of work, they all should be capable of accessing your clients accounts to handle these matters. I will also stress again, my issue right now has nothing to do with Matt, he was excellent. Even all the 7 or so people I seen and spoke to was too. But the lack of understanding me about my MAILING address has got me very upset, but I still LOVE my car! :-) Hope to hear from someone soon, I already have my payment ready to be sent to WHOEVER gave me the loan. It is my intent to be two to three weeks EARLY every month....right now I am clueless on who gets it. More
