I visited Nissan on the Mainline on New Years Eve to purchase a vehicle for my son. We were immediately acknowledged and taken to Matilda our sales rep. The dealership and bathroom was neat and clean. purchase a vehicle for my son. We were immediately acknowledged and taken to Matilda our sales rep. The dealership and bathroom was neat and clean. She welcomed us, offered something to drink and ensured we were comfortable. Matilda not only treated us like a customer but was pleasant, personable, professional and a breath of fresh air. She included my son in the conversation, made him feel like he mattered and took the time to explain certain features of the car to ensure he understood. While we were waiting another rep offered more drinks and snacks. Til offered more than a sales pitch she added a personal touch and clearly enjoys what she does. I have been working with this dealership since 5 years ago. I bought 5 cars for myself and went with family and friends for at least 2 more cars. But, the new ownership is showing to be day and night diff ago. I bought 5 cars for myself and went with family and friends for at least 2 more cars. But, the new ownership is showing to be day and night different from the last owner and management. Sales, Service and Parts departments are way better now. The people is great! And the deals are getting better because more and more cars are coming every week. My wife has a brand new Nissan Rogue SL 2022 and I have a Nissan Rogue Platinum 2021 and we will still doing business with RDS and Nissan in the Main Line.
