It was a actual pleasant encounter. Went in expecting to test drive a couple, and came home with a new vehicle. And...a great deal to boot, without any presure. It helps to have a husband who negotiates test drive a couple, and came home with a new vehicle. And...a great deal to boot, without any presure. It helps to have a husband who negotiates everyday, in the mortgage business too. All and all, I can home happy and satisfied with my purchase and the price. thank you1 More
Unprofessional as it gets! This place made the purchase of a new car one of the worst sales experiences of my life. Originally I went down there for a particular car that I saw in their inventory(black 201 of a new car one of the worst sales experiences of my life. Originally I went down there for a particular car that I saw in their inventory(black 2011 3.5sr blond leather). When I went down there and begun the negotiation process it was clear this place was going to be a problem. Instead of being clear with the actual bottom line cost of the vehicle they continued to play numbers games and work with the financing. At one point factoring in my trade in value as a rebate on the car. Finally I decided to leave after it was clear I was dealing with a dealership that couldn't give a straight answer. I thought I was done with this place until I started receiving emails asking if I was still interested in buying the car. They told me that there are better incentives available if I purchase in august and I could likely get a better deal. Being skeptical(and this placing being 50 minutes away) I had being checking up on the inventory only to see that the car has not been available the past 2 weeks. I asked Devon and he assisted the car was still in inventory the day prior to considering traveling down there. My exact email the day before leaving: "Just so were clear before I come down there you still have the black 3.5 sr with blond leather interior correct?" Their Response: "Yes . See you when you come inn. Have a Great Day!" Only to drive 50 minutes down the Nissan of Devon for them to tell me that they had already sold the car prior and that they just didn't want to spook me out. The associate said Nissans are a dime a dozen and we could track down the exact model for you just make a 2500$ deposit and if we find it we'll call you. Also, the price they were negogiating for the car was suddenly 2500$ more then what we previously negotiatied. I was shocked, that a dealership would act this unprofessionally. I have written a formal complaint with Nissan attaching all the emails they have sent me and made them aware of the dishonest sales tactics going on at one of their dealerships. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I wound up purchasing a brand new 2012 Nissan 3.5 SR Altima with all the same packages as 2011 they offered for significantly less money and no hassle from O'Neil(warminster). This place is a disgrace to all other legitmate Nissan dealerships. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Buyer Beware. More
This is the third Nissan we have bought from this dealer. Great people, no nonsense, no haggling. They treated us with respect and did not play any games. Their service department is excellent. My purchase was an excellent experience at Nissan of Devon! I live more than an hour away. It was definately worth the drive. I had been to 3 other dealerships and was just about to give up looking for Devon! I live more than an hour away. It was definately worth the drive. I had been to 3 other dealerships and was just about to give up looking for a few months when I called and made a appointment.I did not expect to leave with a new car that day. I had just been discharged from my bankrupcy and had already established good credit during the bankrupcy time. The other dealerships took financing applications from me and said "to go home and they would get back to me". I called them a few days later and they said they were working on it. They lost the sale because of there extremely slow response. I was very pleased with my salesman (Phil) and the entire staff at Nissan of Devon. The dealership provided great customer service. Everyone there was friendly. Phil was easy to talk with and very knowledgable. I was also given the Car Fax without even asking for it. Unlike most used car dealers, Nisson of Devon actually helps you get the best pricing and finacing rate. The salesman called me several days after my purchase and scheduled a service appointment for me and offered to drive to house and pick-up the car and even drop it off. I have never had a dealership offer to do this for me or anyone else I know! In my opinion, the finance manager went above and beyond to get me the best finance rate. I was treated wonderfully! Thankyou Phil. Yes I recommend this dealership to everyone. More
No one likes their cheese moved, so I had qualms about new ownership of this dealership. However, they retained our favorite salesman, from whom we had previously purchased two new Rogues. All told we hav new ownership of this dealership. However, they retained our favorite salesman, from whom we had previously purchased two new Rogues. All told we have owned 7 Nissan cars and have dealt with 5 Nissan dealers. The new ownership seems to have things running nicely. I took advantage of a sales campaign while having my 2010 Rogue serviced and ended up leaving with a brand new 2011 Rogue with some enhancements over the 2010 SL AWD. General Sales Manager Ernie Borelli put the finishing touches on the deal. Clint oriented me to the changes in the instrument panel and the onboard navigation system and set up my iPhone with the Bluetooth hands free phone system, which now "reads" my address book so I did not have to load each number manually. He made sure I retrieved the CD's, garage door opener and EZ Pass transponder from the 2010 I was trading, all of which I would have left behind. Sohael (sp?) took me through the paperwork swiftly, offering enhanced protection without pushing it and followed up promptly regarding a few details the next day. Kesha also returned my call within hours when I had another question. It is ironic that if Clint had not been there, I probably would not have had an opportunity to interact with these other fine employees. I will Definitely return, and have no reservations about recommending this dealer. More
I was more than please with the excellent service that I received at Nissan of Devon. The employees went above and beyond their jobs to extend thier services to my children as well. Jo, in service recommended Clint as a sales person. I am a long term used of the agency. I traded in a 1997 Nissan Pathfinder for a 2011 NIssan Rouge SV. We had an excellent experience with purchasing a Nissan less than three years ago at Devon Nissan (then called Allstar Nissan) Our experience (primarily with the salespeople) was so good that we bought a less than three years ago at Devon Nissan (then called Allstar Nissan) Our experience (primarily with the salespeople) was so good that we bought a second identical car from them within a month's time for another family member. Not quite 3 years later, we bring one of the cars in for service because the "service engine soon" light came on. It was also close to inspection time so we asked for that as well. Imagine our surprise when we were told that the car with 50,000 miles on it needs a new engine at an estimated cost of $5600.00. The car was "out of warranty" and we were told that the warranty wouldn't have mattered anyhow if we didn't have the proof of oil changes. The estimated cost for repair was $5600.00 and since we owe just about that amount on the car, we decided to pick it up and mull over our options. By the way, we had no problems with this car or the identical one before the engine light came on except for a battery replacement. Imagine our surprise when we were told it would cost over $300.00 to pick the car up. When we asked why the $300.00 charge for a car that needs a new engine, we were told that the charges for inspection, oil change etc were allowable under "Pennsylvania law". After vigorous complaint, they reduced the final bill to $193.00 The charges were as follows: $95.50 to check for "customer states check engine light on", 52.39 for an emissions report and $34.99 for replace engine oil and filter, lubricate suspension, reset tire pressures, inspect all hoses and clamps, etc. So we paid the $193.00 to pick up the car. Talk about insult to injury. The identical car purchased at the same time has no problems but will be traded in for something that is NOT Nissan because of this experience. In all our many years of car ownership, we never had a car that needed a completely new engine at 50,000 miles nor have we received so little support from the dealer where purchased. The icing on the cake was that we were charged for work that should not have been done on a car that is in need of a new engine. To say that we are not pleased with our experience would be an gross understatement. More
I have just recently purchased my new Sentra at Nissan of Devon. Mr. Clint Abney was the salesman and he was great! Going in with very little to work with, (my old car was in bad shape) he was able to put me Devon. Mr. Clint Abney was the salesman and he was great! Going in with very little to work with, (my old car was in bad shape) he was able to put me in a safe, new car, I can afford! The overall experience was great and everyone who works there is very nice. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. My grandfather has even just purchased a car from them as well! More
My recent purchase from Nissan Of Devon in Devon was my first time ever visiting a Nissan dealership. My experience was efficient and friendly. Clint Abney was the salesman who worked with me and was very first time ever visiting a Nissan dealership. My experience was efficient and friendly. Clint Abney was the salesman who worked with me and was very knowledgeable when showing me the Murano and was not pushy in trying to sell me the car. He was able to provide me with the information that I was looking for with excitement for my future purchase. I received a tour of the service center and was impressed with the set-up and availability of services. I paid a little bit more than I had anticipated, but was pleased with the car I had chosen. More
