No at all friendly. Horrible new owners in 2018 Dropping my Altima for service used to be an enjoyable side trip. BATE and SWITCH Deals/Steve Does not do the Deals This has nothing to do with having bad credit and being mad that they did not give me a deal/THIS HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THE MISLEADING COMMERCIALS This has nothing to do with having bad credit and being mad that they did not give me a deal/THIS HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THE MISLEADING COMMERCIALS AND THEM STATING YOU MUST HAVE WATCH THE OLD COMMERCIAL/THE NEW ADVERTISEMENTS HAS THESE PRICES FOR LEASES AND PURCHASES.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR GAS COMING DOWN TO THEM, THEY DO NOT HONOR WHAT IS SAID IN THERE ADDS, IN THE DO THE DEAL COMMERCIALS. I have top of line credit, and they could not honor the quoted lease price, tried to bate and switch and say the lease deal started at $50.00 more and $1000 down, plus low ball price for trade, that Steve could put on his lot and make a killing on, plus beef up the price even more with tons of unnecessary fees . Steve was there and could care less about coming out to assist with the deal, because he knows he would not make $5000 extra on me. Sale people act like they know nothing about the commercials, and Chris the sales manager is a joke, he is unprofessional and will laugh in your face, if you call him on the misleading adds. STEVE DOES NOT DO THE DEALS, UNLESS HE CAN MAKE MONEY OFF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Big Waste of Time I received a flyer in the mail that I was pre approved for a loan. So I decided I would give it a shot. I received a call on Saturday morning from the a sales man his name was Jeremy Campbell. I asked him a few question and he told me that it was an approval that all i had to do was bring in my identification and proof of income, car insurance, and address. we set up an appointment for the following Tuesday January 23 at 2:00pm. I arrived a half hour early and was not greeted by a salesman when I walked into the showroom I had to approach them. Jeremy came up and introduced him self we filled all the necessary paperwork and he took it to his boss to start the process. about 3:00pm they came back and said that I would need a co signer for income purposes only. So I called and asked my father and he agreed we submitted all his paperwork and again he took the paperwork to his boss about an hour in a half he came back by now it was 4:30 Jeremy informed me that my father would not do they needed someone with better credit so I again made a call and this time asked my mom. she agreed and we filled her paperwork out and re submitted it again the next time i saw Jeremy he said they had the approval and we just needed to submit the rest of the paperwork. by now it was 5:30 I submitted the paperwork and again he took it to his boss. after that I seen Jeremy a handful of times going between his two managers offices. by this time it was 6:45 and he came back to me again and told me that he needed more paystubs showing proof of income. I had to drive back to my house which was 20 minutes away putting me back at the showroom at 7:45 I submitted the rest of my paystubs and again went back to waiting. around 9:30pm the General Sales Manager Alton McGriff approached me and said that he apologized and said that I could leave they were just waiting on the bank to send over the final paperwork. He told me he would personally call me by noon the following day beings Jeremy was off. Around 12:15 the next day I had heard nothing so I decided I woud call and see what was going on. The salesman that answered my call said that Alton was out of the building and would be back in 20mins he took my name and number down and said he would have him call me. I waited another 2 hours and since I had heard nothing called again this time the salesman that answered said that Alton had to run to the airport. and that he would be back soon. another hour passed I called again he was still not back another hour passed and I talked to a salesman again this time Alton was finally back I explained my situation and he said he would go and check and see what was happening. A few minutes later the salesman got back on the line and told me that if I wanted to bring my social security card and drivers license in we would see about getting me hired for a position. At this point I was aggrevated and informed the salesman again of my situation. He again put me on hold or so I thought I could hear all the noise in the background my guess he just set the phone down. I continued to hold this time 45 minutes passed and no one picked the phone up to let me know what was going on. I hung up and called again this time letting them know that I was aggrevated the young lady on the phone pulled me up in their system and said she was going to talk to her manager and she would call me back shortly about 15 minutes passed and finally I got a phone call from Alton he informed me that their was nothing they could do unless I could find a co signer with more income or get $3500 to put down. This dealership is so unprofessional and so disorganized. I heard one of the salesmen say that the finance manager Ben Shavandi made the comment that they work on his time not the customers that is definetly not the attitude to have when you work with the public. Alton ended the phone call with if things change and I can get the money or another co signer that he hopes I would consider coming back to them. I told him that being honest after the way I spent 8 hours in the showroom and then played another 8 hours of phone tag just to get an answer as to what was going on that I would never use there dealership nor would I recommend them to anyone. More
The best car buying experience I have ever had. I bought two cars in the last three months. It was the best car buying experience i have ever had. I spent 5 hours on the first deal and it was like i I bought two cars in the last three months. It was the best car buying experience i have ever had. I spent 5 hours on the first deal and it was like it took an hour. The made me very comfortable and relax. I had a lot of negative equity in my first deal and they still got it done. The second deal I bought my wife there to get a new SUV and they got it done again. My sales person Till Madrigale was very nice and work hard to get us a great deals on both cars. I would recommend Devon Nissan to all my friends. More
They tried to hold my credentials hostage I went into this dealership after seeing them on a 2am infomercial. Everyone was nice at first but I felt extremely pressured to make a decision on the spot after I'd advised I wanted to bring my father back to look over things with me. I finally escaped after 3 hours of different members of the team coming to me and pitching the sale another way. Once I made my narrow escape I get 30 minutes away only to realize they still had my license. I called back to tell them and the receptionist said you can try to come back but we might not be here. WHAT? I was appalled!! I decided that I did not want to do business with them. I advised her to have the salesman drop my License in the mail. A few days later I received a courtesy call to find out my experience. I told her about my license and that it hadn't arrived yet, and she said she would ensure it was mailed out and apologized for the poor experience. Over a week later from the courtesy call and no license (so much for her assurance) the sales man called me and tried to talk me in to coming back. I asked about my license and he said he'd do it that day. The day I emailed my attorney was the day I came home from work to find my license. This was an awful visit and an awful dealership! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! More
Not honest staff member I came to Devon Nissan today based on conversation between myself and Kathy who works for Devon. I travel over 70 miles one way. I was very straight forward in what I wanted from this dealer so I wouldn't come for no reason. Kathy had me do application online and then called me back to let me know finance manager said they could work with me. Well that didn't happen. Everything I told her they asked for. A cosigner which I said up front I didn't have. Money down which I said I didn't have and keeping my payment range where I am ow on my current vehicle. What a waste. Don't believe what you are told over the phone or there commercial. JUST DO THE DEAL. Dishonest employee. More

They called me about and asked me to give then another chance, so I went back and they were a little nice but they were way out to get me to listing and tried to compare this amount with the first amount thy gave me witch was gonna be more in the rang of 750.00 to 800.00 on my first visit More
