Steve is a criminal and theif and a racist It have not even been a whole year since I PURCHASED not 1 but 2 vehicles from "Steve let's do the deal" and "ALEX THE FAST TALKER" I been having prob It have not even been a whole year since I PURCHASED not 1 but 2 vehicles from "Steve let's do the deal" and "ALEX THE FAST TALKER" I been having problems ever since, I walked in that place from being switched out of not 1 or 2 but 3 vehicles to using their loaners that was also problematic. I literally been up that place at least 20 times this year about both vehicles. I was given the run around every time I am done being humble about my situation with Steve. Sorry to say that TIL and ED was trying but couldnt make nothing happen without steve and he didnt care at ALL TO DEAL WITH A ISSUE HE LET CONTINUE AND NOW THAT BOTH GUYS QUIT he won't take ownership for what he let go on The most he did was continue to let his employees put bandage after bandage on scars that could of been healed along time ago. I have literally two different employees who used to work there and had the kindest words. And told me how they switch parts and fix up cars from the auction. More

Don’t do it I purchased a 2015 Infinity QX60 on 3/19/2019. I asked if everything was good with it & if it was fully checked out & serviced. I was assured that the I purchased a 2015 Infinity QX60 on 3/19/2019. I asked if everything was good with it & if it was fully checked out & serviced. I was assured that the vehicle was in great condition with no issues. The manager Alex told me that he was selling it under price & that he would even be taking a loss for it selling it to me at the price they were selling it to me for, which according to them, was $28K. It had less than 37,000 miles on it. About a week after I purchased the vehicle, it felt like the transmission was pulling. I called the sales person MameXaali who sold me the vehicle & made him aware of my concerns. He assured me that it was a type of transmission that I had not experienced before & would have to get used to it. He said I could bring the vehicle back in to be checked out. Due to my busy work schedule with 2 full-time jobs, I was not able to bring it back immediately. As the days progressed, the trans jerked even more & more. Finally, on 4/5/2019, as I was leaving work at 7:15am, the transmission totally died on me. The vehicle would not accelerate. I was barley doing 20 mph in a 50 mph lane. I was terrified & shaking. I thought someone was going to crash into me. I was so thankful that it happened as I left from work because I have a 4 year old daughter, a 9 year old son & 3 year old grandson who are always with me when I am not working. I drove straight to Devon Nissan at barely 20 mph from work in Glen Mills, Pa. Heaven help me if I had to go up a hill with the vehicle not accelerating. As I was sitting in the dealership waiting, Alex approached me with a smile on his face & talking fast. He stated "You're good because you have that warranty you purchased & its still under power train warranty. Nothing will come out of your pocket." Not once did he apologize for what happened with the vehicle nor for my terrifying experience. This is something that should have never happened in the first place. They gave me a loaner & fixed the vehicle. On 4/23/2019, I went back to dealership because the vehicle was fixed. I expressed my deep concern about keeping the vehicle because at this point I feel it is unsafe. I also feel that for the amount that I paid which is $38K (just found out today they actually sold the vehicle to me for $30k) in total, there shouldn't be anything major wrong with this vehicle. Dave & Alex were agreeable to let swap it out for another vehicle. Dave told me to drive the Infinity until this week because I saw nothing that I wanted to swap it with & Alex would be going to the auction on 4/25/2019. I went back to the dealership on 5/8/19 (yesterday) as to get a resolution to my problem. I saw a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder that I was agreeable to swap the Infinity with. Dave assured me that he would contact me today to give me the figures so that things would be finalized by Saturday the 11th. He never called. I started calling him this afternoon. I finally got a hold of him at 5:15pm. Dave explained to me that they could not sell me the Pathfinder. This is because the price is $5K cheaper than the Infinity. He asked me if I wanted to get a brand new Pathfinder or another Infinity. I explained to him that I want the vehicle I saw. He said that he would talk to Alex & get back to me. I feel like I am getting the run around by these people. They sold me a lemon & instead of just making this right, they are still looking to profit off of my harrowing experience. I had a better experience buying from Enterprise Car Rental than this "reputable" dealership. More

Never got a gift card for doing online survey, and can’t get any answers when I call. No follow up has been done to see if I’m even happy. They only care about bottom line, not about the customers. Lack on customer service, waited too long to leave the lot, car was not detailed correctly at all.. overall lacking in all areas.. not recommended.. I did meet Ed and Charles from service, they were both amazing.. I look forward to working with them for follow up service. More
