Tony was awesome. He definitely went way above and beyond to help me out. I can't thank him enough for everything he did! On an unrelated note, the phone system in that location is horrific. On every call there was crackle, drop-offs and seriously delays when trying to converse with the service techs. I don't fault the techs at all, this is a technology problem, typically caused by a poorly implemented VOIP system. Please address is as it was a significant and constant annoyance for both parties (me and the tech). I ended up just driving in to talk to them rather than fight through more phone conversations. I was in dire need of service for my car and felt very fortunate that I had a good relationship with my sales agent who assisted me in getting an appointment, though I had called her after hours. I got a fortunate that I had a good relationship with my sales agent who assisted me in getting an appointment, though I had called her after hours. I got a call early in the morning saying they could fit me in even though on a moment’s notice and I was also able to wait for my car. This new management group has made some very pleasant improvements. I am impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the quiet calm atmosphere, the hospitality with beverages of choice, and the professionalism of their staff. It was an all around great experience at this dealership. More
