RC Hill Mitsubishi-Ocala

Initially I was offered a brand new vehicle and did not like my options because of payment amount and style of vehicle. I asked for a used vehicle and I was told by the sales rep. that a bank would not fin like my options because of payment amount and style of vehicle. I asked for a used vehicle and I was told by the sales rep. that a bank would not finance a used vehicle for me. The next day, someone from Deland called me and offered me a used vehicle option. Then the first sales rep. that I spoke to called me back, wanting to know what was spoke about in the conversation with the employee from Deland. I found all of this to be unprofessional. Then once my paperwork was completed, I had to wait for the car to be detailed. The detail was subpar. There was still dog hair in between the seats and the seats had a weird smell to them for a few days. Then my title and registration paperwork was not completed in a timely manner so I was informed by the DMV that I was driving illegally. The temporary tag that was issued to me was no longer registered to my vehicle. When I called the sales rep. I had been doing business with, he tried assure me that it was with out checking with his coworker who handled the paperwork. When I informed him that I was at the DMV and I have proof that it's not the case, then he went to verify. I was not happy with the overall experience of this branch of RC Hill Mitsubishi. There's more but it's too much to continue. I just hope that going forward people are treated a lot better. More
