Good customer service. I like their facilities but wish they offered some carbonated drinks while waiting for service. On the service subject, I feel that I receive all the I like their facilities but wish they offered some carbonated drinks while waiting for service. On the service subject, I feel that I receive all the information I need to make a decision. I just wish we had more picture evidence to make better decisions like brake pads. I have only had my car for 2 years and drive it little this year. However i now have rear brake pads in the "red" while the fronts are green. So I wished they could text pictures or show them in the digital report. More

Our agent Daniel was great in giving us the time we needed to go through our options, as well as explaining them.
