RC Hill Mitsubishi-DeLand - Service Center

My wife brought the vehicle in for routine servicing. The quality of work was good but apparently their were a couple of items that needed further attention but the dealer let us pick-up the vehicle with The quality of work was good but apparently their were a couple of items that needed further attention but the dealer let us pick-up the vehicle without discussing those items. The vehicle broke down in South Florida when my wife was driving this week but as far as I can tell, it was not related to the service that we received at the dealer. One of the items that needed further attention was the timing belts which are currently being replaced at a repair shop in South Florida. It is unknown if they were bad or not since this item was not discussed at the dealer when it was there for servicing. The other two items that needed repair were the crank and cam sensors which would not have been detected when the vehicle was being serviced at the dealer. More

Everything was fine, we were very happy, we have been doing business with RC for a number of years. Nothing has changed from the first day RC opened this dealership till now. Went in with a minor repair need, they did the work quickly (half an hour, with an appointment) but an indicator light still came on, they had to do further work and install an additional part, but sti quickly (half an hour, with an appointment) but an indicator light still came on, they had to do further work and install an additional part, but still charged the original estimated price because they didn't catch the additional problem at first. I'm not sure that many repair shops would do that. They have always been friendly and courteous to me when I've been there. On other occasions I've had my oil changed there when they offered a special coupon and I've appreciated the detailed mechanical inspection report I get back after the oil change. I've had my car for four years with no problems, just routine maintenance. It isn't always convenient for me to drive out there to where they are (35 minutes from my home) but I enjoy going there for needed service when I can combine the trip with other reasons to head that direction. More

I bought a Mitsubishi back in August 2009 and just love the car. It has great pickup and drives very comfortably. On the sales end, Russell is very accommodating and works very well with selling the best car for the money. My wife even wants to buy a car from this dealership because of the excellent service I received from the beginning. I have been to RC Hill Mitsubishi with my husband and two daughters over the years to purchase new and used Mitsubishi cars and to use the service department at this dealership. Our family has bought seven v daughters over the years to purchase new and used Mitsubishi cars and to use the service department at this dealership. Our family has bought seven vehicles at this dealership and we have sent friends to RC Hill Mitsubish who were looking to buy cars. We love Mitsubishi vehicles and at this time we own three. Our daughter is going to a university out of state and has one of our cars. We feel safe knowing she is driving a well built, long running car. More

I have been scheduled quickly & with as little wait as possible. Both the young lady behind the counter as well as the service manager (?) have been very professional and personable in my dealings with t possible. Once, the service manager was kind enough to provide me with a free car wash (although I did tip the car washer for his time) when I had very little time to get the job done myself. RC Hill sends out an e-mail checking for satisfaction/ or non-satisfaction to which I have always been very satisfied. Once I did add a complaint that there was never any artificial sugar for coffee, and the next time I was in the waiting room, there was some available! More

Excellent service. I had a bluetooth system installed along with a couple of other things. Even though R.C. Hill is more than two hours away from Tampa where I live my local dealerships said this bluetoo along with a couple of other things. Even though R.C.
