RC Hill Mitsubishi-DeLand - Service Center

In the 4 years I have owned my Galant, I have received excellent service. The Service Manager has always explained when there was a problem that needed to be fixed or corrected. I have taken the Mitsubi excellent service. The Service Manager has always explained when there was a problem that needed to be fixed or corrected. I have taken the Mitsubishi to the dealership since I purchased it for all service, oil changes, tires, etc. They could offer more benefits when having service done on the vehicle. With the other vehicle we own, not a Mitsubishi, the dealership provides a free car wash and vaccums the inside of the car, we also receive free full service oil changes (the vehicle we bought new and have had for 6 years). This is something that could be considered for the future. I will be lookimg to trade the other vehicle within the next year and will definitely look for benefits I will receive. More

Another service appointment and another very satisfying experience. Christina is no longer there, which was sad, but now they have Barbara who is just as awesome as Christina was. The thing I love about th experience. Christina is no longer there, which was sad, but now they have Barbara who is just as awesome as Christina was. The thing I love about this dealeship is that they always go out of there way for there customers. I had to change a headlight under warrenty and not only did they change the one that had to be replaced they changed them both just so I wouldnt have any future issues! This was by far the best experience so far. I also had a free oil change coupon which I forgot at home. One would think you forgot the coupon you're going to get charged...no they found that I had a free oil change under warranty and used that one. This is what I mean about going out of the way for customers, and this is what keeps me coming back (driving 300 miles from Miami). I always leave with a smile and I'm always happy about bringing my car in because I know it will be taken care of. I would also like to add that I broke of the gas cap from the tether, and when I called for the millionth time Barbara answered, when I told her it was me she said "What did you break now?" They make you feel like a friend and it isnt often that you love to bring your car in for service, I LOVE to bring my car into them. I wasn't that satisfied with having a Mitsubishi but they have made me want to stick with one, and probably buy my next car from them :) Thanks guys see you soon! Vince :) More

I bought a used car and needed some little things fixed along with my first oil change. I couldn't make an appointment because I had just had a baby and didn't know when I would be free. The office staff and service tech that worked on my car were very friendly. The service that I requested was performed very quickly and the cost reasonable. All I can say about this dealership is that they are simply a breath of fresh air. From scheduling my service appointment to picking the car up, it was such a pleasant experience. The car was in for an oil change and a rotor inspection, and it came out running and driving smoother than it did when I bought it. I have had such bad dealer experiences with the Miami dealership I purchased my vehicle at and it's nice to deal with people who are not only friendly, but honest and caring. RC HILL will be the only dealership to service my 2009 Galant from this day forward. My parents are Deland locals, but I can honestly say that even if they weren't I would still make the drive from Miami to have the car serviced with them. My father even browsed the lot looking at new cars for my Stepmother and even that was a pleasant honest, non attacking experience. All of the employees and/or associates of RC Hill are always courteous and honest. They are very helpful and I have never felt like anyone was feeding me any male bovine defication.
