Parts department was very unhelpful and slightly rude over the phone. They also negate to tell you if you order and parts from them they charge you for a restocking fee (15%) AND if it's shipped they wil over the phone. I definitely do NOT recommend the going here for parts. I would like to say the sales team was very nice and stayed in contact with me throughout the process, very friendly sales team. More
Always receive excellent service. I purchased my car used from another dealership still under the factory warranty, but have had all work performed by R.C. Hill since I purchased the car. The service department has always properly diagnosed any issues and fixed the problem quickly. This is the first Mitsubishi product I have ever owned, but based on the warranty and service received from R.C. Hill I have recommended the dealership to friends looking for a new vehicle or service on their Mitsubishi. More

Purchased new an 06 Lancer Evolution MR. Took extremely good care of it and returned back to RC Hill for all major service. In July on 2010 I took it in for warranty issues before it expired. Major problem good care of it and returned back to RC Hill for all major service. In July on 2010 I took it in for warranty issues before it expired. Major problem was fading clear coat on the hood. I was told that I would have to wait until November 1st to get paint work performed. At the time I also decided to have stone chips repaired on the front bumper and to generally restore the body to like new. There was water spotting on the roof and I asked if it could be polished out. So the date of November 1 was set. All non warranty paint repairs were to be in the 6-7 hundred dollar range, not including what would be covered under warranty. I rented a car across the street at Enterprise for about 9 days while the work was performed. Upon taking my car after having some rough edges on the hood polished out and examining it in the sun I paid for the work and took it. It had a very slick wax coating on it and looked nice. A few days later when I bucket washed it, most of the wax washed off and I immediately noticed a cross hatched sand scratch pattern on the roof. There is also a spot where the buffing wheel burned through the clear coat. In the parking lot of the car wash I could see sand scratch and dark blotches in the hood, as well as a very prominent wavy appearance in the paint. The wax and bright sun had masked poor body work. I know good and bad paint work. I rate this poor. RC Hill's service department has gone a bit down hill since new management took over, and I expressed my opinion of that in telephone calls made to me about my level of satisfaction for my recent visit. I returned the car, expressing my dissatisfaction, and rented another car for several days to get a phone call that nobody at RC Hill Mitsubishi could find any flaws in the work done and to come pick up my car. I composed myself the next morning and spoke to RC Hill after being greeted by the sales manager. I believe I spoke with him for 45 minutes. I expressed my deepest dissatisfaction in the work performed and how much out of pocket money I should have went and spent to get the job done right. The paint work is just terrible. My car needed paint work right off of the lot when first purchased. RC Hill had a body shop manager that performed flawless work. The car looked like it had never been painted. That was on the hood and on the trunk lid. This time around I suspect that it was painted with flaws and hurriedly sanded and repainted. The waviness is very visible yet RC said he can not see anything wrong, and in fact it is a very good paint job. With a straight face he told me that I must have burned through the roof paint myself. But that is why I took the car to a supposed pro. To avoid damage. I'll be out well over $1000 to get the car painted properly now. The hood has to be stripped to bare metal. The roof will need the burn through leveled out and resprayed and then clear coated. I told at least 10 people that RC Hill was a great place to go to buy a car. They were. Not anymore. Those 10 people told 10 others. I take it all back. My car cost over $40k after payments. RC Hill will not get another cent from me. More

Very friendly, would recommend to friend, which I have already. Love the waiting room, great seats and cable. Also, starbucks coffee, can't beat that. Everyone treats you with respect and friendly. I never liked taking my vehicle to get it service b/c you always feel like the company is out to cash in on your misfortune. I had my service today and Barbara Jones and Christian were great, they went beyond the call of duty to make my visit at RC Hill a great one.
