I made an inquiry about a vehicle's availability and pricing. I received an invoice that included a surprise "Reconditioning fee." When I asked what services were performed (e.g., tire replacement, tran pricing. I received an invoice that included a surprise "Reconditioning fee." When I asked what services were performed (e.g., tire replacement, transmission fluid change, brake pad replacement), I was informed that only an oil change had been done and that the fee was non-negotiable. The sales representative, Kevin, suggested that I look elsewhere if I was not satisfied with the terms. This dealership's lack of transparency, integrity, and failure to honor the advertised sale price is concerning. I recommend thoroughly reviewing all documentation and comparing prices before making a purchase here. More

I have had 3 Mitsubishi cars. The 1st and 3rd were bought at RC Hill. The 2nd Mitsubishi was from another dealership because I moved and RC Hill was almost 3 hours away. When it came time to trade my heart said RC Hill so I did the drive to DeLand.
