Chad defines a good sales rep. Regardless of my credit past, he was always there helping in anyway he could. I never felt like he was there only for the commission. He followed through and delivered a fantastic vehicle, which I purchased. Bob Young was very professional. He explained all my finance paperwork to me and reassured me on my decision. I know I made a great decision going there. And I live 45 minutes away! I will definitely recommend RC Hill to others as well as going back myself to trade in my car to purchase a newer model! More

This review is for the used car sales department. Vehice purchased: 2007 Mitsubishi Galant ES. Salesman: Floyd Roberts I drove to Deland from Jacksonville because R.C. Hill advertised the best prices (via purchased: 2007 Mitsubishi Galant ES. Salesman: Floyd Roberts I drove to Deland from Jacksonville because R.C. Hill advertised the best prices (via Internet) and had several vehicles I was interested in. I called while on the way there and spoke to the sales manager - Tom - who met me when I arrived. He was very friendly and introduced Floyd Roberts as our salesman (ask for him when you go there!). Floyd took the time to find out what vehicles I was interested in - not what he or the dealership were interested in "pushing." By the way, R.C. Hill doesn't "push" anything. Absolutely no pressure and no hassel. Floyd showed me four cars I was interested in and went over all of their specs (he knew them all). We went for a test ride in my first choice and I fell in love with the quality, cleanliness, and condition of the vehicle (the car also had warranty time left on it!). Sold! Now, down to the deal. Floyd and Tom actually offered me some trade in money for my 1994 Mercury Grand Marquis with over 100,000 miles on it, which helped to seal the deal. The paper work was done quickly and efficiently, tags transfered from my old car and a new registration printed for the new car. Wow! All in one stop, and fast. They cleaned up the car again (wax and vacuum), before they drove it around front to deliver it to me. I was on my way home that morning with exactly the car I wanted at a price way below the Jacksonville dealers offered. BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS! You won't be sorry. Thank you Floyd and Tom. I had my service today and Barbara Jones and Christian were great, they went beyond the call of duty to make my visit at RC Hill a great one. After becomming interrested in a Mitsibishi Lancer, we checked the local dealership (RC Hill) on line. We were able to schedule a test drive in the internet which was followed-up by Russell with a prompt response and phone call for the time and day requested. We met Russell as arranged and discussed possible vehicles and our trade-in. During that time, Russel promised us to give us a simple, honest, and hassle free vehicle purchase experience. Everything continued to be straight throughout the entire process and including the follow-up phone call the day after our purchase. I had some questions about some of the functions on my new car I bought and thought I would call Chad since he was so knowledgeable about all of the cars Mitsubishi has is their line-up. Personally I don't think it is a salesman's reasonability to know how to “trouble shoot” an auto they offer, but Chad was up for the challenge! Over the phone I asked him about some difficulties I was having with the controls and thought it could even possibly need some service. Chad’s courteous personality and abstruse knowledge prevailed. The overall experience was great. Everyone there was very friendly. Tom is the sales manager and is a very great person also. They all act like real people. Chad was very straight forward on the pricing and so is the dealership. Chad was so busy I was passed of to Jonathan and he did a wonderful job tag teaming, and selling. They don’t play all the games, there is no trade equivalent or money down figured in their pricing. Mr. R.C.
