We then went out on the lot and he showed me used (as per my choice) and new vehicles. New was the way to go!! Russell was very knowledgeable on the Mitsubishi Outlander. He showed us all the extras included. I love it!!! I am very pleased with the service also received from the Financing Department. I had a great experience with them , I needed to get my son a car but we could not afford it, but they worked it out so that we could but 2 new cars for almost the same price I was paying for my truck. The experience I had with R.C. Hill Mitsubishi was incredibly pleasant. I drove about an hour out to this dealership because they had the best prices from any dealership I could find. They also offered a Mitsubishi Loyalty rebate which helped bring the price down. I was instantly greeted with a friendly sales representative named Michael Gray. He went above and beyond my expectations. The car that I actually wanted to purchase had just gotten delivered so he had to take extra time to put it in their system. He was very informative and was able to answer any question that I had. We were also met with an unexpected obstacle which had prevented me from purchasing the vehicle that day. They were able to work with me and waited to complete the paperwork the next day. They had stayed over an hour past closing time (because I had arrived to the dealership 10 minutes till close) in order to finish all the paperwork and not once did I have the feeling of being rushed. This just proves their flexibility and willingness to work with customers. Another issue that happened during the purchase process was that I had failed to bring a check for the down payment. They allowed me to put the down payment a couple days after that way I could drive away with the car at that moment instead of having to retrieve a check and coming back out. So being the difficult customer that I was (and not on purpose) they were able to handle each situation smoothly. I was very pleased with my experience at R.C. Hill Mitsubishi. More

We had a great experience with R.C. Hill. We drove 3 hours to purchase a used car they had on their lot, we had been pre-approved and our bank was finalizing the loan that day. My husband and I started to look at vehicles online on a wednesday. We found the vehicle that we both liked and was in our price range at RC Hill Mitsubishi. I then recieved an email telling me more about the car from Chad Howell. He provided me with his contact information, and I got in touch with him the next morning (Thursday). Me and my husband brought my car in, so they could look at it and give a good trade in value. That was very simple and very quick, they had numbers for us in ten minutes or less. We took a test drive, and my husband and I fell even more in love with the Outlander! We were very confident that they had given us the best price for the NEW Vehicle, and a great TRADE IN value. Chad was a very good employee, and RC Hill is lucky to have him there. He made us feel like we were his friends, not just another costomer. The employees that assisted me were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable on the various vehicles that I looked at. They were also very acomodating for the test drive. I was well satisfied with the way the staff, and in particular, Shannon and Jonathan assisted with the vehicle selection and sale details. I returned with one issue on the used purchase and the service department try to do what it could to resolve the issue. I also went to the parts department to purchase some accesories, and was surprised and glad, they had the items on hand. I was pretty impressed, upon receiving several emails from the dealership, showing interest, that I was a satisfied customer. Something not common in other dealerships. More

They had such a great selection in used cars with LOW miles, and in our price range. Russel made us feel comfortable, never pressured us, was very knowledgeable, and personable. (that goes for his sales manager as well) There was no "game playing" with pricing. Finding a car was great, but having great customer service made it that much better! As from the time we emailed them on line and got a quick response & the best quote, to the time we arrived there on 9-3-2010, was n 5 STAR SELLER!! We were greeted so friendly!! NO PRESSURE SALES WHAT SO EVER!!!! We were interested in the New Outlander, Jonathan our salesman showed us all the different features in each one, He gave us lots of information! We were impressed! RCHills had lots of vehicles to choose from & all the colors to choose from! They had the color & perfect Outlander we liked! Not like other Dealers where you have to choose between 2 colors! We've been purchasing new vehicles for over 40 years!! We've had several: Fords,Chevy,Toyota,Dodges,& still have another Mitsubishi. THIS HAS BEEN THE FIRST TIME EVER THAT WE HAVE LEFT A DEALER AFTER PURCHASING A VEHICLE THAT WE FELT WE HAD AN HONEST DEAL with NO-REGRETS ABOUT THE PURCHASE!!! This was a smooth and quick purchase! We weren't there all day getting paperwork done, like at other dealers!!! RCHills also followed up immediately that day with a call & emails! To make sure we were completely satisfied!! We never had that happen !!!! Our only re-gret is that we didn't purchase our other Mitsubishi Lancer from RCHILLS !!!!!! Unfortunenately It was purchased from Daytona Mitsubishi, and the whole 7 hours we were there was a BIG NIGHTMARE! We should of left!!!! But we were trying to purchase a car for our daughters graduation, and my husband wasn't with us! so we weren't treated equally!!! We immediately were talked out of the color and car she wanted! and then only 2 color choices! blue or white! we ended up with the blue, and not the color or car she wanted! The paperwork was not the price given, was totally a different price!!! lots of add ons!! The Salesman told us one lie after the other!!!! Immediately after driving off with the Lancer they didn't know us or care about us! Never heard from them!!!
