I went in to check out an 2011 Evo MR, scheduled a test drive appt with Russell. Car was parked right out front when i got there. I was in the market for a new car, but wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted to get. I was shopping on-line when I saw and read some info on the Mitsubishi Lancer. I told him, honestly, that I was 'tire kicking" , but to please tell me about this car, its warranty, and anything else he cared to impart! He asked a few pointed questions, and convinced me I just HAD to see this car, and test drive it. The car would speak for itself. So I did, and keeping in mind that I lean towards wishy-washy, Michael took all that with a grain of salt. No hard sales pushing at all. He insisted I get a car I'm going to be 100% happy with, and he was there to make sure that happened, whether it was that day, my next day off, or ? He was great, as was the rest of the team. They all worked past closing time and Mike spent a great deal more time with me after everyone else had left to show me more great things about my new car, and even got my phone hooked up with the Blue Tooth! The whole experience was great, and best of all, I AM very happy with my new Lancer!! More

After losing a Mazda 3 hatchback in an auto accident, and had the opportunity to get a new car. I found this site after the fact (unfortunately), and seen the high marks for this Dealership.Unfortunately we had to get a new car quickly, and when I realized we can purchase a 2011 Lancer, I remember reading about the positive feedback about this dealership.I told my wife to check them out and test drive a Lancer.
