From the moment I stepped into RC Hill Mitsubishi I knew this dealer was different. The atmosphere was so different from other dealerships. Where to begin?! How about a sales staff that doesn't know anything about their own products! I went in ready to buy a car and began to be put off as the salesperson could not answer basic questions abou know anything about their own products! They have a good selection of new vehicles despite being a smaller car lot compared to the big ones in DeLand, between family members about 7 total. I picked both vehicles I purchased from them off their internet website where they have Internet Prices. They do list there vehicles lower then comparable ones from other dealerships, making the 'Haggling' part of the deal far easier. Russell was one of the best for salesmen I have worked with in the car buying world. Quite knowledgeable even about other makes then Mitsubishi. When he didn't' know a couple things about the Super Duty he looked them up for me instead of guessing. More
