I picked both vehicles I purchased from them off their internet website where they have Internet Prices. They do list there vehicles lower then comparable ones from other dealerships, making the 'Haggling' part of the deal far easier. Russell was one of the best for salesmen I have worked with in the car buying world. Quite knowledgeable even about other makes then Mitsubishi. When he didn't' know a couple things about the Super Duty he looked them up for me instead of guessing. More

All 4 sales guys (Grant, Russell and others) told me they would call or email with the info requested above to make decision on buying a car. I had also contacted another Mitsubishi dealership in the same way and didn't receive a good vibe either in return emails or telephone contact. Drove 40 minutes to R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in the car I traded in and drove home in my new 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in less than 2 hours later. Floyd was very personable, absolutely not pushy or full of "salesman jive." Received a very fair value on my trade and believe a very fair price on my new Outlander. This experience was far different than any other car buying experience I've had in the past.
