I recently purchased a 2011 Evolution GSR not knowing how to drive a manual. Am I nuts? Definitely! But Troy was GREAT! Not only did RC Hill give me a great deal on the car Troy was AMAZING! He actually spent time with me, teaching me. Even when I came back from learning, a couple people asked how it went. Everyone was genuinely friendly. I just felt bad for him for dealing with me. Sorry Troy! From talking on the phone and through emails Troy was always so helpful. He seemed to actually care and didn't just want to push a sale. Best experience EVER in buying a car. I also dealt with Grant, another salesman there. If I wasn't talking to Troy, I was talking to Grant. He even gave me his personal number, which I was surprised about. Don't worry Grant, I won't bother you. As soon as I walked in with Troy, Grant said hello to me even knowing my name. Surprised he even knew who I was. I'm not sure anyone ever mentions Bob here, he is the money guy. The one who makes is supposed to make you cry. It was actually a nice experience dealing with Bob. We laughed, we joked, but overall Bob explained everything to me so easily and helped me. Overall, RC Hill Mitsubishi is AMAZING! Troy, Grant and Bob made everything feel so painless. We first spoke with Anthony, I'm not sure what his last name was and he was outstanding. It was his first couple of days working, and even then he will still great. We were not approved for a loan, so we left and Anthony went to several different companies and was able to get us approved! So we went back the next time and Anthony was not there so we met Troy Stoops. He also was outstanding. He was able to answer every one of our questions and worked with us. Overall I was very pleased at the amount of dedication they have to their customers and the amount of perseverance they have in making their customers happy. I did not feel like I was walking into a pack of hungry lions waiting for their compensation checks, I felt like I was walking into a team of trustworthy helpful adults. I was very wary of the prices online because they were so much cheaper than any other dealers advertised price. After talking with Grant patterson about what I wanted he even faxed me a complete invoice to a much cheaper than any other dealers advertised price. This was the last dealer that I went to when looking for my new Outlander. It was late in the day, but they treated me as I was the first customer of the day.
