Minus one: My only complaint was that when we went to do the financial paperwork (different person - I won’t name him as I am not out to speak poorly of individuals), the interest rate was elevated and the company that we had already pre-qualified with (on the big promotional banner in their front office area) was replaced with a different bank. I noticed this and mentioned it, so the interest rate was reduced, but we failed to see until after signing that it was still with a different bank which is going to be inconvenient. Lesson learned. This is our second time purchasing a new Mitsubishi from RC Hill at the Deland,FL location.
