My wife and I received a promotion from Capital One and RC Hill Mitsubishi was listed as the dealership that participated in the promotion. On upon our arrival to the dealership on Feb 17th, Jeff immediat RC Hill Mitsubishi was listed as the dealership that participated in the promotion. On upon our arrival to the dealership on Feb 17th, Jeff immediately greeted us in the car lot. He asked if we had any specifics on type of car and model. I simply informed him that we were looking for a pre-owned car that wasn’t too high in price and that would have a low monthly payment. My and I went through many different models and Jeff was very patient with us. My wife eventually chose the Hyundai Sonata as the vehicle of her choice. At first, we were informed that a high down payment was needed and payments were going to be higher than expected. Jeff attempted to locate another car for us, but my wife would not divert from the one she chose. At that point we needed to say no and walk away. Within the hour of use leaving, Jeff gave us a call and informed us of a better offer towards that particular car. Some time had gone by and Jeff had already gone home after his shift. We contacted Jeff to inform him that we would accept the new offer. At 7:45pm, my wife and I arrived back at the dealership just as Jeff was parking his truck. Within 30 minutes we went through all the paperwork and my wife was able to drive off the lot with her new pr-owned car. The whole experience was great. Jeff is a great salesman and very patient. He wanted to be sure that we were able to get the car that was right for my wife and that would fit our budget. More

Grant Patterson at RC Hill did an excellent job arranging our Mitsubishi Evolution purchase over the phone before we made the 7 hour drive to purchase it. We were in and out once we arrived. In 2000 I went to this same dealership location, and had the worst experience I have ever had in trying to purchase a vehicle. In December I was in a car accident, my vehicle was totalled and I was in need of a new vehicle fast. I scoured Orlando but could not find anything. My boyfriend suggested we look around Deland and found a 2004 Eclipse listed online at R.C. Hills. I told him "NO way I was ever going there." Long story short - we went to look. I was set to have a bad experience, my mind was made up. But Troy Stoops was straight forward from the beginning, open, polite - - the definition of good customer service. The car listed online was exactly what was on the lot, and a couple hours later I had a car that I am enjoying. I still cannot believe Troy changed my attitude, although I do understand that this is a completely new ownership than in 2000, but without the great service I received on January 15 from Troy, I would not have purchased my car from here, no matter what the car.
