I first went to RC Hill and met Troy and Mike and reviewed several cars with Troy. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable about what he was showing me and gave me “the space” I requested to look, wh reviewed several cars with Troy. I then drove a potential car with Mike, who was personable and knew his information about the car. Several weeks later, after deciding on the vehicle I wanted, I returned to RC Hill and met with Troy again. This was after researching several dealerships and meeting salesmen who were vague, not necessarily knowledgeable and just out for the sale. I have to tell you, Troy was great! He was personable and ready to do business. He respected my wishes for facts and figures and had the ability to find whatever information I asked for so that I would be comfortable with my purchase. He went out of his way with the little things and made purchasing a car with them a truly pleasant experience. I appreciated that. Really, all of the RC Hill team were like a family and worked to meet my needs. I had to go back the next day to complete some of my loose ends and I was remembered, greeted and taken care of in a friendly manner that I enjoyed. I met Bob with the closing of the sale and he was organized and knew his business working to make the purchase easy and swift. I would highly recommend visiting RC Hill for a vehicle purchase. This was my first experience with RCHill, in DeLand, honestly I have never thought about a Mitsubishi before. I received a voucher in the mail stating that my current payment could be reduced, so I call honestly I have never thought about a Mitsubishi before. I received a voucher in the mail stating that my current payment could be reduced, so I called the dealership and Russell answered the telephone, I advised him of the voucher and he told me to bring it in. I went in and I noticed that he had my name on the glass board as he marked a line thorugh it. As soon as I walked in, my first question was "is this a gimmick" he replied, "no, we can actually reduce your payment. So, I sat down did prelimanary paperwork, then took a test drive and the rest is history, I now am a proud owner of a 2012 Galant and my payment is reduced!!!!!!!!. From the time I met Russell he was friendly, and appeared to do all he could to find the right vehicle for me. Russell had two other customers come back in, but he continued to work with me and told me, "that I was important" and of course that made me feel good. Russell made sure I had a clear understanding of the transaction and made sure I tried the Starbucks coffee. Actually, the entire staff appeard to be friendly, from the top person to the person who detailed the cars for purchase, they all smiled and said "hello". I am glad I received that voucher and I am pleased with the hospitable treatment and service that I received, it really made my experience painless and enjoyable. I shared my experience with my friends and would encourage anyone to check out RC Hill for the family environment and to observe the teamwork. Mr Tom Cramer from the word go was Johnny on the spot for everything that I needed. Any questions that needed answered did not fall on deaf ears. Tom and I had something in common that is of a personal state and therefore could connect with each other. He knew my situation that I was in, told me of RC Hill's motto and immediately I knew that I was at the right spot. It definitely felt like dealing with friends. I have two other friends that are looking for vehicles as well, and I have already mentioned Mr Cramer's name and RC's dealership. Mr Hill's father helped my father out in purchasing a vehicle back in the 80's and it's nice to see that the two families can once again do business. More

Troy Stoops was our salesman. We found him to be very friendly - remembered our names when we returned, was personal and yet stayed on target. He was up front about their pricing and found rebates that pertained to our vehicle - pointing out the differences between buying a new 2011 and a 2012. The history of the Mitsubishi and the price were what sold us but Troy Stoops was a very important part of that whole situation. Bob, In finance, moved his part along quickly and yet was personable and explained everything - no hidden surprises Troy took us to visit the parts and service departments. By the way, we love our Outlander Sport - seems solid, runs well, nice "trinkets" and looks good. Thanks for a nice experience. Nice to find our new vehicle in Delightful DeLand. Sue Atkinson More
