The price of the car is the only good thing I can say after the experience at this dealer. We went to pick up the car the next day after working out the deal only to have to wait three hours to do the p after the experience at this dealer. We went to pick up the car the next day after working out the deal only to have to wait three hours to do the paperwork. After the car was brought to us, we noticed the front window was cracked. We already had driven 45 minutes to get to the dealer. Two hours later no one had yet to contact anyone to get the window fixed and I finally said we would come back tomorrow and were assured the car would be ready. The day we drove another 45 minutes to get there only to be told the car was not ready. No one called, no one apologized, they just said we had to come back tomorrow. I was purchasing the car to drive home to South Carolina and was on a time crunch. No one at this dealer seems to have any idea what they are doing. This was proven in fact when the temp tag was set to expire and we still had no paperwork to register the car. The paperwork was found on the desk of someone and had not been sent out. To add insult to injury the car was supposed to be titled in Florida, but paperwork was done for South Carolina. Of course there is a tax and license difference and we ended up owing the dealer another $1200.00 and were told that if we did not pay it we could not have the paperwork or ability to get license plates. I cannot express my utter disgust for this dealer in this small space, but I can tell everyone I can NOT TO GO TO THIS DEALER!!!!!! More

Both my wife and I drive Mitsubishis, and both were purchased at RC Hill. Based on our research, RC Hill had the best pricing, though this in itself is not a deal maker. Customer service, however, for purchased at RC Hill. Based on our research, RC Hill had the best pricing, though this in itself is not a deal maker. Customer service, however, for us, is just that, and there was no need for us to shop other dealers to buy our new car. Troy greeted us with a smile, shook hands with our small son. He listened exhaustively to our needs, wants, and likes, and suggested a 2012 Lancer Sportback. He answered our questions readily, obviously knowledgeable about his product. He was extremely patient in helping us get solid financing. He was forthcoming on the value of our trade, explaining in simple terms why the value was what it was. We even liked the color, and my wife is thrilled that she was able to distribute all her Stuff to her complete satisfaction. I drive a 2006 Outlander XLS, purchased before Troy's tenure, with well over 100,000 miles and still running like a top. RC Hill's is the only shop that has ever serviced my Mitsubishi. Because their care and advice doesn't end with the initial sale, I expect to drive this car for another 100,000 miles. At some point I'll be ready for a new one, and when that times comes I'll be back to RC Hill. And so, I hope, will, all those who've asked me for a dealer recommendation. More
Its great to know that some dealerships aren't out to get rid of cars on their lot and pick your pockets at the same time. Not the case with Seleana Wunder at RCHill Mitsubishi in Deland. I first made a requ rid of cars on their lot and pick your pockets at the same time. Not the case with Seleana Wunder at RCHill Mitsubishi in Deland. I first made a request about a used car from cars.com, and not even 2 hours later Seleana called me with more information and details. I decided to buy a new car instead, no problem at all. Seleana filled me in on what she had on the lot that would meet my few criteria, and within a week I made the drive from Sarasota to Deland. Best selection and no pushy salesmen trying to get you out just as quick as you came in. My visit was just a few hours long, mostly paperwork because Seleana had a few cars waiting from me to drive. Overall, the best experience I've had looking for a car. Seleana was great! Very helpful and understanding. Thanks again Seleana! More

I drove all the way from South Carolina for Selina. I spoke with her on the phone several times about a 2008 Lancer that was on there web-site. I told her that when I was on leave from the military for C spoke with her on the phone several times about a 2008 Lancer that was on there web-site. I told her that when I was on leave from the military for Christmas break I would stop by and see her. The vehicle was in the exact shape she told me it was, which was great. She was the best at getting all my paperwork and the only problem we had was my Credit Union which they resolved, and I left in my Nicer Newer Car.Thanks Selina and RC Hill Mitsu team. More

I'm 22 years old and have a poor credit history due to irresponsible lenders who proactively offered a reckless 15 year old credit cards I had no means of paying during that time. RC Hill took the time to irresponsible lenders who proactively offered a reckless 15 year old credit cards I had no means of paying during that time. RC Hill took the time to probe this out of me on multiple phone calls acting as if they had genuine concerns for me and wanted to help me because I was hesitating coming in. Over the phone Anthony gave me the story about the "Poor guy next door", mind you I'm not poor I'm salaried at a very comfortable amount I just have bad credit history,(credit cards only, no repos or evictions). I explained my situation and being 80 miles away I called multiple times and spoke with 3 different individuals pertaining to my finical concerns requesting to fax my pay stubs, trade-in information, and any other documents to square away the finical push-back I'm used to beforehand. They convinced me to drive an hour and a half because they've already reviewed everything and I was ready to get put in a car with no cash down, this was based on them stating I qualified for their $5,200 on top of trade in value. Which reminds me of another thing. I called them a total of 7 times over a 2 week period questioning different people about this '$5,200' add-on because I knew it was too good to be true. All of them confirmed I qualified for this, even up until today before I went on the disappointing trip. Upon arrival I'm immediately told the "Poor guy next door" story again, about an individual (in my exact situation, odd..) who made them change the way they do business by helping others in similar situations. I nodded and thanked Anthony for the reassuring story. This followed up by Anthony explaining how I would have to purchase one of the most expensive cars on the lot (Over $33,000) to began to qualify for the '$5,200' on top of trade-in. He then gave me the option of having either A: Payments over $400 a month for base model lancer, or B: coming back when I had a large down payment (after asking me several times if I could come up with the money for the down payment when I had repeatedly explained my situation and financial concerns). This is when I realized I was duped once again by a shady dealership who will go great lengths just to get you in the door, totally disregard your emotional ties in the event of getting a vehicle, and beat around the bush when their poor business management is exposed. I'm not sure who the gentlemen (Manager) was who met me at the door, he had me elaborate on my concerns with their staff and what took place while I was leaving. This took up another 20 minutes of my time and disclosing my personal financial obstacles, and what happened next topped it off. The manager who I was speaking with never came back outside and just sent a sales agent to put $20 gas in my truck for the trip. I graded a 1 for friendliness and had I not known this was a fake front, I would have gave them a 4 for their acting skills. More
Well, I came in because of a mailer that stated I may qualify for a payment reduction program. So I just showed up and Troy greeted me. I explained what I would like and he clearly, knowledgably and ef qualify for a payment reduction program. So I just showed up and Troy greeted me. I explained what I would like and he clearly, knowledgably and efficiently showed me inventory that fit my preferences and needs. I went for a test drive and liked the hatchback, but preferred a lighter color. He was patient in listening to the specifics I was looking for and found a "wicked white" color that applealed to my liking. So I went out to see it and was so happy, I didn't need a test drive. He was patient as I walked in with my 8 yr old, and he provided me with the basic financial breakdown of the cost. I found it affordable and was pleased with the overall experience. Upon leaving (being that I was the last customer of the day), I requested that he take a picture of me and my kid with our old Saturn Vue, and he texted it to my phone. Then, the store closed and we drove in our new car, but I had it in the wrong gear or something and remembered I must have his cell phone # on mine. I called and he guided me on what to set the gearshift to so that it stopped making some "reving" noise. I'm looking foward to coming into the shop on Saturday, when I'll have more time to have him show me how to sync my cell phone to the "fuse" feature my car is set up for. I'm a happy camper and would recommend this dealership; particularly Troy to any friend looking to buy a car. The funny thing is that I wanted to buy American, but the experience with your customer service speaks volumes. More
