Wow, I thought you loved us the night you left. You were here while your Ms.'s was buying her car. I was aware of issues you had. And we addressed them. You were explained the digital signing process and then you were shown that Dewayne did not sign your names to DocuSign. When your Ms.'s signed the signature carries through the documents. We are a transparent and honest dealership. We just won again for 2022 the number one Mitsubishi customer experience dealership for Sales and Service in the country. So, your comments are unsettling. Everything in your response is a lie. Nothing was ever explained about the esign. And then for you to tell me that he's not allowed to use the e-sign document for 6 months because of this just let's me know you are in on it if nothing was done wrong why would that be? Instead of all this back and forth why don't you just post the video of what really happened.

Donna Arnold, on January 27th, 3 months ago, you traded in a 2016 jeep patriot with 121,000 miles and you owed $10,000 on it, not $4950. you purchased a top-of-the-line 2016 Nissan frontier we discounted the vehicle $1615 for you. your interest rate with your credit score was at 11.49 for 60 months. We earned $100 from your finance fee. The frontier did not qualify for an extended warranty because it was over 100,000 miles and we sold it to you as- is. The wheels were the big, oversized truck wheels and apparently the factory tire pressure sensors or not adequate for those big wheels. We are very sorry you’re unhappy with your deal. As a dealership, to make you happy We would be able to trade you out of this truck and get you into something newer. A brand new vehicle would have the lowest interest rates available and a 10 year warranty. Please reach out to me. Troy 386-736-3638
