I have had such an excellent experience with dealership since I purchased my car in February 2020. All of the staff is wonderful and helpful. I visited RC Hill to car shop with my girlfriend who has been involved with 5 vehicle purchases with them. Brian Jr was our salesman; he was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. I went there for a 3yr o been involved with 5 vehicle purchases with them. Brian Jr was our salesman; he was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. I went there for a 3yr old, preowned car…but left with a new car. I was treated fairly, got a great deal and was happy with my trade-in offer. Russell also assisted with the sale and was very thorough when it came to explaining the technology and features of the vehicle. Eddie (business/finance) was thorough with the paperwork and explaining the warranties, maintenance program, etc. Overall, great experience and am very happy with my 2023 Outlander. More
