Since it only came with one key, the dealership agreed and signed on paper to have a second key made and send it to me. When I did not receive anything, I tried to contact my salesman multiple times to inquire about the key. I never got any sort of response until my parents stopped by RC Hill on their vacation and the dealership assured them they would get the key to me in a week. On November 20th, my salesman finally sent me a text confirming he had sent the key. However, I have not received anything up until today in spite of me contacting the dealership multiple times. The salesman is even denying he received my inquiries, even though he replied to my messages. He promised to check the next day and never contacted me again until I sent him another message. At the same time, he is claiming that he mailed the key uninsured in regular mail, which makes me very, very concerned that somebody now has a key to my car and my address. I do not consider this something a reliable car dealership should do. I also emailed and called the manager about this issue but have unfortunately not received any response. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at RC Hill and therefore cannot recommend this dealership to anyone even though I have not had any problems with the car itself. It is disappointing that my attempts to contact the dealership have been ignored multiple times. More

Impressive business dealings. I have to preface my review by stating that prior to coming in to take a look at a vehicle I was perfectly happy driving my 2003 Chevy Malibu that I o I have to preface my review by stating that prior to coming in to take a look at a vehicle I was perfectly happy driving my 2003 Chevy Malibu that I owned outright; my only reason for searching was because the out of pocket repairs have recently just become too much, alas, meaning it was time to go on the hunt which I was not all that excited about.That being said I made several internet inquiries & visited the dealerships within a few days of inquiring (due to Christmas) what made RC Hill a standout from the first communication was that Brandi Dieudonne (Customer Svc) contacted me almost immediately upon my putting in my internet pre-loan app - it wasn't necessarily the quick callback - it was Brandi's demeanor when she contacted me. I felt like I was receiving a personal invite to stop by to browse with no pressure associated. Even better, within just a little while of speaking with Brandi, Mr. Jeff Welcheck contacted me to set an appointment, again, in speaking with Jeff I did not feel that sales pressure over the phone, there were no constant calls or emails to confirm the appointment, just an agreement to meet. In regard to the overall sales experience I must say that it was worth the drive from Orlando - every person in the building wore a smile & pleasantly greeted me. The sales process was simple, I was very honest about what I could afford & what I'd be comfortable with; both Jeff & Mr. Tom Lucas were up front & basically held my hand through the whole process - what further impressed me is that Mr. Hill is actually on-site with his team working with banks etc to help customers get into vehicles. I left with a 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer with an extended warranty & a payment that I could afford. Never once did I feel pressured or fast talked, there were answers to my MANY, MANY questions & I genuinely feel if I need anything I can call or stop by & someone will assist me. I am happy with my decision & RC Hill will always have a customer in me whether it be for service or to purchase my next new vehicle, totally worth the drive from Orlando. If I left RC Hill without a vehicle on 12/27/14 I would have still recommended that anyone in the market for a vehicle go check these guys out. The ratings do not lie, job well done! More

I was way upside down in my current car loan, and Seleana showed me how a new car would actually be easier to trade into than the used model. She explained the slightly misleading advertised "Internet price" (it did not include the destination charge on the factory sticker, an omission I hope they will consider correcting in future ad campaigns). and was very pleasant to work with during the entire buying experience. After we settled on an Outlander Sport ES, Seleana handed the negotiations off to Tim Hagan, who was the most respectful sales manager I have ever dealt with. Tim repeatedly came up with ways to get closer to my budget, shopping the banks for the best rates, and getting me not only a great deal on the car, but on my car loan as well. His creativeness and some give and take put an offer on the table that was happily accepted. Interestingly, the delivery the next day was the best part of the whole experience. Seleana and Tim were so prepared, I was in and out in under 20 minutes - WOW! For service like that, they SHOULD advertise the delivery fee in their pricing, as the fee certainly was EARNED. More

He looked like he was ready for a fight if prevoked. Seleana Nicholson and Tom Hagan were so good to us. We had a GREAT experience with them both. We drove a couple of different cars. We finally decided on the Outlander Sport 2015. There was NEVER any pressure put on us to buy. We feel that they were sincerely interested in helping us, not just trying to make the sale. They wer so good to us, that we went back and bought a second car for my husband too! It was a Mirage 2015. Great on gas! We will be back in the future for any of our cars needs.
