I visited RC Hill to car shop with my girlfriend who has been involved with 5 vehicle purchases with them. Brian Jr was our salesman; he was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. I went there for a 3yr o been involved with 5 vehicle purchases with them. Brian Jr was our salesman; he was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. I went there for a 3yr old, preowned car…but left with a new car. I was treated fairly, got a great deal and was happy with my trade-in offer. Russell also assisted with the sale and was very thorough when it came to explaining the technology and features of the vehicle. Eddie (business/finance) was thorough with the paperwork and explaining the warranties, maintenance program, etc. Overall, great experience and am very happy with my 2023 Outlander. More

My wife and I went to buy 2 cars from them. Everything was great until was sent to sign papers for the cars. The financial manager just started making false claims and statements. Then after being called out for the lies he started trying to back pedal and tell the truth. Because of the problems I didn't sign the contracts. He then forged our names to some e-sign documents without any permission. Also without any permission decided to use credits I had with the DMV for a new tag that I didn't need. More
