RC Hill Mitsubishi-DeLand

A trade in of my vehicle resulted in me buying a used vehicle w a Acura SAFETY recall that may render the vehicle unsafe to operate and inoperable w a severely damaged motor; with possible crash and/or f vehicle w a Acura SAFETY recall that may render the vehicle unsafe to operate and inoperable w a severely damaged motor; with possible crash and/or fire hazard risk. (NHSTA) (note: w STOP SALE directive to Acura dealers). My salesperson Keven provided a Carfax to me as I requested with the recall noted (Feb 9, 2023). He remarked that it was a very nice one owner car, w low miles and a very good service record. I acknowledged his remarks but I DID NOT take note of, nor review and research the safety recall myself. Keven faithfully did what was asked of him. He is NOT at fault. My complaint is NOT with my salesperson KEVEN but w RC Hills management placing this car for sale with a noted 10 point safety inspection (sticker one window) but NOT disclosing the NHSTA safety recalI. RC Hill serviced and offered call for sale in mid April 2023; 1 1/2 months after the safety recall was notified to CARFAX in February 2023. Maybe RC Hill should have placed this car on the wholesale market while Acura managed the safety recall of this vehicle; NOT expose it to retail buyers. I needed a reliable safe car and was NOT sold one. My advice to buyers; ask for and receive CARFAX reports, read them carefully (I did not) and research any recalls before purchasing a used car. I will NOT shop for a vehicle at RC Hills Mitsubishi in Deland ever again. And I will not refer customers/friends to them. Very frustrating. It could have been a better experience if RC Hills management was looking out for the customers first best interest; owning and operating a safe vehicle on and after the day of purchase. Do your homework at home, don't wait til you get to the dealership. More

It was a good experience. Now our experience with our sales representative was excellent. I would strongly suggest to go to Robert Dean to help through the entire process. Everyone here is amazing great deals and great to work with thank you for helping me find my new car! Talking to all the staff amazing! I been shopping around for weeks and they have better prices then local or 3 to 4 hours away dealers, all the other dealers would maybe only drop a price very small amount and if I asked for a better price they all let me walk. Well not at RC Hill they worked with me. So if your looking for a Mitsubishi skip the local guys or others that are maybe a hour or 2 way. Also a lot of the dealerships did not want to deliver if its a hour away. These Guys have a great team and they do home delivery! Thanks Robert for all the help! The entire the at RC Hill was amazing! Robert was very familiar the Outlander that we test drove and explained everything in detail.
