I used the Quick Service option at RBM of Atlanta for the first time with my new C350. James helped me quickly get a 5,000 mile oil change for by baby as well as order a bike rack and top bars. I wish to congratulate RBM of Atlanta for having such a valuable service advisor as Bob Christen on their staff. Bob has been taking care of my 2002, 2008 and most recently started to service my 2011 E350 valuable service advisor as Bob Christen on their staff. Bob has been taking care of my 2002, 2008 and most recently started to service my 2011 E350 Coupe. As a retired mechanical engineer I am probably more demanding than most other clients Bob has to deal with and yet Bob has always been patient and accommodating in any situation. I have a 1997E class that I love! I have been very pleased with the service at RBM. They have performed all my scheduled services. Dennis at the express office has always been available to me.
