I have been using RBM to service my car for more than 7 years. Repairs are always made on time and with excellence. Being a single woman, I have the peace of mind knowing that my car is in good hands and I will be safe in a car that runs beautifully. He at least will get someone in the shop to come look at the issue and either fix it quickly (if possible) or put my mind at ease that all is well with my car. I love driving a Mercedes but it is also very much about the service I recieve and again, the peace of mind I get from knowing help is only a phone call away. I have no issues with RBM. Every time I have had service, they have done an excellent job. It just takes a little longer that I would like. But I always have a loaner so I really do not mind the lenght of ti they have done an excellent job. It just takes a little longer that I would like. Know your car and what needs to be done and only accept additional service if only make sense to you. More

Simply put the worst service I have ever had. Dropped our car the night before for service and was called and told they recommened services which the rep later admitted were not really due. However, the kicker is they told me that they had not started on the car since they did not have approval for these additional items and would need to keep the car over the weekend. I will never darken their doorstep again. More
