I've relied on Dennis Phillips for several years as my Service Advisor. He responds to his customers precisely as they would prefer to be treated - courteously, professionally, and in a timely fashion. De Service Advisor. I noticed an unusual sound coming from under the hood of my 2000 ML320 so I dropped in to RBM to see what was going on. Curt Cunningham,who has been my service advisor for over 20 years, diagnosed the prob my 2000 ML320 so I dropped in to RBM to see what was going on. Curt Cunningham,who has been my service advisor for over 20 years, diagnosed the problem as a leaking catylitic converter and set me up for service and a loaner the same day. This is typical of the response I've had from Curt over the years and that is one of the reasons I continue to deal with RBM for both sales and service. I have trust in Curt and his recommendations and don't hesitate to contact him with any car related questions or problems I may have. More
I would highly recommend RBM as a car dealership. I bought my car in 2004 and the dealership has always given great service. The employees are always couteous on the phone and in person. Ron Perkins is my service advisor and he was able to answer my questions in an honest and detailed manner concerning the repairs. He called back in a timely manner to let me know the exact service and price. When my car was ready I was unable to pick it up because of a medical procedure I had he made arrangements for me to pick it up the next day. This is the caring help I have recieved from this dealership. More

I have been an RBM customer for 15+ years. Working with Curt Cunningham is like no other automobile service expert I have ever encountered. Curt looks into all aspects of total automotive care. Curt's ability to be anticpatory about future maintenance needs highlights his attentiveness to details. Even in situations where I have not made an appointment and have had an emergency with needing my S420 repaired, Curt has always found a way to fit me in his schedule, arrange for a loaner and get me back out on the road. I would recommend Curt to anyone with a the highest possible recommendation. Simply outstanding!!!!!!!!!!! More

I started getting my S430 serviced by RBM in 2009 and from day one Ronald has always gone abo customer service and professionalism is second to none. I started getting my S430 serviced by RBM in 2009 and from day one Ronald has always gone above and beyond to ensure total customer satisfaction. Just recently I encountered an issue with my warranty company not wanting to cover a transmission problem on my car. Ronald and I did a three way call with my warranty company and to no avail the company would not budge. However,due to Ronald's thoroughness and persistence on obtaining indisputable data on the root cause of the transmission problem my warranty company had no other choice but to honor my claim. I have had my serviced at RMB of Atlanta for over 5 years. During that time Ronald Perkins has been my service advisor. He also works diligently to make sure that my repairs are covered by my after factory warranty when possible. Ronald is always professional and greets me warmly. I always feel comfortable leaving my car at RBM, knowing that Ronald will be taking care of my baby:). There are always plenty of loaner cars and the waiting area is stocked with plenty of refreshments and a television to make the wait as inviting and relaxing as possible should you choose to wait for your vehicle. RBM of Atlanta/Ronald Perkins is an excellent choice for servicing your mercedes! More
