For 16 years, my experience at RBM has been exceptional. My service advisor, Curt Cunningham, keeps me informed at every step. He is competent and considerate when talking to me about my car. There are no surprises when I go to pick up my car. I have complete confidence in his advice. In addition, my service technician, Mike Levine, comes to say hello while I am there. These gentlemen, as well as other personnel at RBM, treat me like a queen! I, truly, enjoy my experience each time I go. My car continues to run like new due to the excellent attention it gets when I go in for service, and when I leave, it LOOKS LIKE NEW as well(It gets a car wash and inside cleaning job). It is a pleasure doing business at RBM. I do, indeed, think they are GREAT. More
I have known Amber for about 5 years. her technical knowledge is striking. Her diagnostics even prior to having the vehicle inspected astounding. As a male customer you are not accustomed to dealing with a young female professional who knows so much about cars and is capable of fixing things in seconds. Yes I must admit Amber's knowledge made me feel bad. (In the good way). Her customer service, her promptness in getting back to the client , her willingness to go the extra mile to surprise the customer with good news, outstanding. One other thing I might add. I left RBM about 5 years ago. I was approached by another "Mercedes Benz" dealer Mercedes Specialist of Dunwoody not too far away from RBM.No courtesy vehicles available, rates equal to RBM's , no coffee or snacks , no courtesy wash . I was told my catalyctic system on my SLK -320 was defect I needed to replace it immediately .Replacement cost $1200. I brought it back to RBM. I had the pleasure of being contacted with Amber Fontaine. She inspected the car . To my surprise the cat system was normal. My girlfirend took her C-230 to Mercedes Specialists of Dunwoody. According to them her brakes needed immediate attention. Cost $800. She drove her Mercedes about one more year before RBM did the repair.Beware of pseudo Mercedes dealers. I enjoy taking my car to RBM because of the overall great customer service. They have a nice waiting area, with great amenities, that making waiting quite easy. Lastly, I love that I always get a freshly washed car back, not only does it work well, but it looks good too! More
I've been with RBM for a number of years and always, always, received excellent service. Dennis Phillips has been my Service Advisor for the majority of this time. I have frequented other Mercedes Dealerships in the past; however, none of which even half-way compared to RBM of Atlanta.The whole experien visited. This dealership is a first class operation,they have always gone out of their way to resolve any issues that I've had.My Service Adviser Bob Christen has always been great he will do whatever it takes t always gone out of their way to resolve any issues that I've had.My Service Adviser Bob Christen has always been great he will do whatever it takes to correct the problem,my last problem was an intermittant climate control problem that they worked on for two days what they found was two bad sensors and a bad heating valve that was causing the problem the climate control has been working great ever since the repair.I will drive alittle futher and play alittle more for the excellent service i recieve and knowing they stand behind their work.
