In every experience I have had with RBM and my service advisor, Amber Fontaine, I left feeling satisfied and valued. Amber and other staff members are friendly but highly professional. RBM sets the bar for quality in customer service; they provide a traffic cop to help drivers turn in and out of busy traffic, attractive facilities with the endless supply premium coffee, a pool high-end loaner cars, and of course, the top notch Mercedes-Benz service. My late husband and I have been clients/customers of RBM for decades. The 1st car my husband purchased was a 450 SLC 1976. I currently drive a 300 TE wagon , 1988. RBM knows how much I love this car and keeps her in great shape! She has over 350,000 miles and I am shooting for a million! She has only been serviced 2 times by another dealership, an oil change in Beverly Hills in 1989, and a $50 part in Baton Rouge , La in 2007. I love their service and attention paid to both me and my car at RBM. I took her in for and oil change and "check-up", told them of some noise at rear of car, and they took it from there. They ALWAYS tell me what is wrong, whether it is important to fix now or later, give me a very fair price, call when they say they will call and my car is ALWAYS ready on time, and washed and clean. I need this type of service experience in my life as it makes my life run smoother! If anything that cannot be fix by RBM or a body shop ever happens, GOD FORBID, I will be back at RBM shopping! They have replaced my engine/ motor, transmission, and many other expensive investments, and I am totally pleased with everything they have done! There are several Mercedes Benz dealerships in my area, but I cannot fathom not going to RBM! From the time you call, to drive in, service, and drive out, the experience is smooth and pleasant! John Ellis , the owner, set a very high bar for the folks who work there and it works!!!!!Thank you RBM for always being there for me even when I call my service rep from Louisiana at 11:00pm for a referral for tow service in a one horse town! I have been an RBM customer for 13+ years, and I have never had a bad experience during that entire time. I have been working with Alex Smith as long as he has been a Service Advisor (8 years?)....and h never had a bad experience during that entire time. I have been working with Alex Smith as long as he has been a Service Advisor (8 years?)....and he has always been superb. Alex is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. His follow-up is always timely and to the point. In short, Alex always does what he says he will do and in a timely manner. I gave RBM less than a top mark in the "price" category simply because Mercedes "stuff" is always expensive....but you get what you pay for, so no real complaints there. Amber Fontaine has been my Service Adviser for several years. She is both knowledgeable and very friendly. She always explains the needed repairs to me in a manner that even I can understand. She keeps me up to date on the status of my repair and lets me know when my car is ready for pick up. It is very nice that RBM gives me a loaner car while my car is in service. Great service department. The first time I went there was for a minor issue during a trip to Atlanta. Even though the car was not purchased from them they fixed the problem quickly and at no charge. I now live in Atlanta and used them for a regular service. They were faster, more more courteous, and had a better price for the same service than other MB dealers I have used in the past. The service rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership. More
I moved from Ohio where I was less than happy with the service. My husband and I moved to Atlanta and when I needed service on my C230 we went to RBM,what a difference !! In many resepects, the quality of service is more important to us than any other aspect of the dealership. I very much appreciate the stability of the service staff. Ms. Fontaine has been my service advisor for the last 7 years, and before that time Don Mackay and Debbie Peek worked with me. Ms. Fontaine, like the others in the service department, works very hard to know my automobile and to know me and my needs. What I particularly appreciate about Ms. Fontaine is that she does not perceive her job as simply servicing my vehicle, but, rather, I sense that she sees her job as providing service to me, her customer. She is very sensitive to my schedule; she is always up-front about costs, and she gives me solid advice about what I need to assure that my transportation needs are met. I would recommend Ms. Fontaine and the RBM service department without hesitation or reservation. More
I have been been taking different Mercedes to RBM for the past 25 years and have always worked with Curt Cunningham as my service advisor. I am still thoroughly impressed with the quality of work that Curt provides for me and he is always willing to treat the customer as "number one". Curt keeps my cars, my current is an SL55 roadster, in excellent running condition and whether it's warranty work or necessary maintenance items that need to be done, Curt takes the iniative to really go over my car as if it's his own and recommend the appropriate service that is needed. I have now been to RBM of Atlanta twice with my sprinter cargo van and both times I was treated like family. I would recomend anyone that needs service done on there sprinter or any other mercedes to go to cargo van and both times I was treated like family. I would recomend anyone that needs service done on there sprinter or any other mercedes to go to RBM. I have been to several other dealers and have never found a dealer so knowledgable as they are. I was in Chattanoga, TN and was having problems with my Sprinter van and acctually drove all the way to Atlanta just so that they could be the ones to fix it because I knew that it would be fixed right! I contacted Pat prior to my arrival the evening before and that very next morning they had me in the shop and fixed in no time. They have a very nice waiting area and treat there customer's very well. Unfortunately I did not purchase my Sprinter I currently have from them, but I can say that the next purchase will be from them with out a doubt! Please dont hesitate to call them if you need anything because I know that you will be very happy with there service and be glad you did! More
Curt Cunningham has been my service provider for over 20 years and I would only by a car at RBM so he can service it. I trust Curt and know he will take care of our cars.
