We have been customers of this dealership since the early 1990's. The service department used to be professional and detailed. Unfortunately, this is not the case today. I recently had my car in for the seco 1990's. The service department used to be professional and detailed. Unfortunately, this is not the case today. I recently had my car in for the second time for the same service.. I was promised a loaner car. The loaner was filthy on the inside with drips and spots on the front seats. The back of the car was filthy, too. The woman who oversees the service said, "We are very busy and we do not have time to keep the cars clean." There was not another loaner car available. I will not use this service department again. I certainly will not ever purchase another car from RBM of Atlanta. More
I have had a terrible experience with MB Roadside Assistance and RBM. It took four hours to pick up my vehicle after a tire blow out. RBM got it fixed the next morning, but does not provide an Uber o Assistance and RBM. It took four hours to pick up my vehicle after a tire blow out. RBM got it fixed the next morning, but does not provide an Uber or car return despite advertising it on their website. I got transferred a number of times and numerous texts to get the transportation and repair. My last tire problem was handled through Mercedes Benz of Buckhead and I had no complaints. Avoid this dealership! More

Dealership has had my vehicle for 2 months, while indicating the vibration felt in the car is normal. General Manager Dale Harrison rode in the car, and agrees it's not right. They try to get you caught up in their bureaucracy, saying the "engineer" says your car is fine, but yet they agree it's not..... Then they block you from communicating through email. Called MBUSA and completed a service survey, they won't even call you back.... SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.... Spent 87K on a top of the line S Class....and this is what you get....ignored..... More
Rude. Condescending. Masogynistic. Told me my vehicle would need 4-5 hours to diagnose a loose gas cap. Then went to technician had a word with him. Final Condescending. Masogynistic. Told me my vehicle would need 4-5 hours to diagnose a loose gas cap. Then went to technician had a word with him. Final estimate $1300 worth of work “strongly suggested.” Purchased a $100 gas cap car is perfectly fine. More
It took RBM of Atlanta over 8 weeks to fix one problem and in the process they broke other components. Then they damaged my car and when I complained they said they didn't want my business anymore. I ma and in the process they broke other components. Then they damaged my car and when I complained they said they didn't want my business anymore. I made several calls to the GM, Colin Harrison, who never called me back to try and resolve the situation. Safe to say my experience was a total disaster. More
I didn't know where to bring my new (to me) Airstream RV on a Sprinter 3500 chassis. I took a chance and I'm so glad I brought it to RBM Atlanta. Both times they did exactly what needed to be done perfec on a Sprinter 3500 chassis. I took a chance and I'm so glad I brought it to RBM Atlanta. Both times they did exactly what needed to be done perfect. Didn't push unnecessary work on me. Just adapted to my crazy schedule and got it done right! The first time! If you have a sprinter, bring it here if you want it done right with no typical dealer xx;) Thank you guys... Joey More
