Darren was my sales adviser for my recent purchase a few months ago and I can say he is the best sales adviser I have ever had. I typically deal with another sales person at RBM, but this time I decided to try someone knew as I wasn't getting the response from my old adviser and didn't want to keep waiting. I am glad I made the change. Darren has passion for cars and for the brand - I know a lot about cars, specifically Mercedes and I expect my adviser to know as much if not more than me, but more than that I want them to have the same passion I do for the brand, and Darren does. He was great, I recommend seeking him out specifically as hes a great person, and a great adviser! He was so good I brought in my wife as well as she was due for a car, she loved him as well. Please avoid this place at all costs! They will lie to your face and do not follow through on promises. I bought a used car through RBM of Atlanta. The saleperson I worked with was Paul Stith. There were mechanical issues with the vehicle that they promised to fix (they even put this in writing). I paid for the vehicle and they indicated that they would schedule the service the next week. To date, no service has been scheduled and I am getting excuse after excuse - when I can get a hold of them. There's a reason people go to carmax and carvanna. Don't waste your time with RBM. More
