Rachel Collins Was fantastic. Very professional and worked to get the deal done. My wife and I were both in car sales and know how tacky a dealership can feel but this place was nothing short of excell worked to get the deal done. When I needed a new car about 5 My wife bought her first C-class Mercedes Benz several years ago, and was very happy with the car and the dealership. When I needed a new car about 5 years ago, I bought an E-class from them. Shortly thereafter, my wife bought her second C-class. We would not have returned had we not had very good experiences. My vehicle was recently in for repairs. Dennis Phillips has been my service adviser for several years and he is very easy to work with - knowledgable and personable. Having three MB’s, I have found RBM Atlanta to be outstanding as to service, personnel and pure professionalism. We have been dealing with Steve Edwards for a while now and find him to be outstanding outstanding as to service, personnel and pure professionalism. We have been dealing with Steve Edwards for a while now and find him to be outstanding and a true professional. RBM is lucky to have him as an employee. He, along with Casey Harrison, finance, made our last sale seamless. My son and daughter in law also just bought two MB from Steve and I have also referred other friends to Steve Edwards.
