Steve is the greatest. I called Steve amd told him the car I wanted with low mileage. The next day Steve called and asked that I come to his office to discuss the car he thought I would like. RBM of Atlanta was recommended by the Mercedes-Benz dealer in Los Angeles where I purchased my Benz. I always use RBM even though it is not my closest Benz dealer. I always use "Express Service" and Dennis Phillips is my "customer service advisor". RBM always seems to have any needed parts in stock. I usually "wait" for my maintenance or repairs and I am pleased how quickly the work is completed. Dennis Phillips is knowledgeable and friendly. He always mentions any service "specials". He fully explains any service that will be performed and why. In addition, if the technician-mechanic, after inspection, finds any additional maintenance or repair work that is needed, Dennis fully explains what it is, why it is needed, the urgency of doing the work, and a cost estimate. If I have any questions later about my Benz, he is always as close as the telephone or email. More
