We've worked with Eric Koenigsberg in Sales and Shawn McCallum in Service, and they are priceless to us. Every call is answered immediately; I'm treated like a queen when I bring the car in; and we have always felt as though the recommendations were honest, thoughtful and priced correctly. Shawn is a true professional and he actually makes bringing in the car for service, a pleasure. He's curtious, gracious, and respectful every time. When we are in the market for another Mercedes, there will be no other place to buy or service. Way to go guys! More

I hadn't been to RBM in a while since my E320 was in Ohio for the last two years. I was glad to see the prompt valet and greeting service along with the new reception and waiting area. I was there for an auto detail due to a special they were running. Ron Perkins was my previous service manager from a couple of years ago and he was still there. He's a very nice guy and he even helped me with some minor cosmetic issues on the interior of my car. The auto detail was spectacular and the car looked just like it came out of the showroom. I was pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend RBM. More

John has the rare ability to really listen to the customer and he works hard to ensure that everything is taken care of in your visit. You do not have to repeat yourself as he gets it in the first conversation. He makes certain that all issues on your "list" are completed to your satisfaction. I had my car detailed in this visit and before my departure John walked around the entire car inspecting every panel. Who does this? Their detailer does an unbelievable job by the way! As a female with limited automotive knowledge, I trust his advice and feel that he is going to make the best recommendation for my pocketbook without compromising the care of my automobile. Overall I feel valued as a customer and treated as if i just purchased a car from them. If you are looking for an excellent service adviser for your Mercedes, you should really give John a call. I can assure you that you'll be treated fairly by an honest professional. More
Amber Fontaine is always responsive to my concerns about my automobile and is willing to work within my schedule. I live 5 minutes from Buckhead Mercedes & I choose to Drive 15 minutes to RBM Mercedes because of the friendly, very efficient service I receive everytime I visit the dealership. I'm greeted by a valet immediately (never wait), escorted into the service area, offered a beverage & before I have a chance to sit down, I'm greeted by my service representative, Alex Smith. We discuss my needs in his office, he escorts me to the loaner car section. Stays with me to make sure I'm completely satisfied. Im always provided with a nice, clean car. Alex calls me during the day to give me updates. When I pick my car up I'm always greeted by the valet & Alex has my CLEANED, serviced car brought around to the front. Again, no wait. I have never known someone who is more highly respected then Alex Smith. A friend of mine recommended Alex. RBM & I are very lucky to know him. Thanks Alex!!! More

Further, I can be quite critical of service that isn't as it should be. Charlie Vaccaro is a rare breed indeed. First and foremost, he's human and wants to get to know the people in front of him. He's genuinely interested in your story, and not just to build rapport and advance the sale. He wants to get to "know you." Once he does, you feel like you have a friend taking care of you, and you trust him to do just that. Our experience in picking out our first MB convertible late last year was fantastic! Charlie was the catalyst for that experience, and he's followed up numerous times since then to ensure our complete satisfaction. I couldn't ask for more than Charlie delivered. Well done Charlie! We will send business your way whenever and wherever possible. More

When we asked for his help, he took his time explaining the many different options(we had question after question, and Mr Cavanaugh answered each one clearly and concisely), and we felt he guided us to the decision most practical for us...we were at times indecisive and he was incredibly patient and helpful -and remained warm and friendly -helped up lighten-up an otherwise potentially stressful decision. We walked away (and are still today) very satisfied with our purchase and greatly appreciate of the professional service and follow-up offfered by Mr Cavanaugh. As a side note, I recently revisited RBM to look into the possibility of another future purchase. Mr. Cavanaugh made himself immediately available (with the same level of professionalism) and answered all of my new questions. I plan to seek his advice and assistance as soon as I am ready to purchase my next car. More
