This was the first time I've approached RBM for a new car in 12 years. Twelve years ago I went with another MB dealer because of a very unsatisfactory experience with an RBM salesman. Turned out I kept my '99 CLK320 all that time and finally decided to replace it with an E350 Coupe. Charlie took me on a test drive, treated me in a very professional and friendly manner, and let me know about the current incentive programs. I had originally thought I might wait for the 2012's, but RBM had the exact car I wanted at an excellent price. In addition, Charlie worked with me to reach a fair trade-in value on my old car. So the RBM Sales Dept is now back on my "Recommend List"! -- thanks to Charlie! More

My experience with RBM of Atlanta and Steve Edwards was GREAT! In the past, working with a auto delearship to buy a car, I would spend hours trying to work out a good deal. After test driving the car (MB GREAT! In the past, working with a auto delearship to buy a car, I would spend hours trying to work out a good deal. After test driving the car (MB 2007 E550), agreeing on price, and sleeping on the deal for one night, Steve had me in and out in of the dealership to purchase my car the next day in about 30 mins. This was great since I had a mtg that ended at 12pm and one that started at 1pm. Therefore, I was able to pick up my pre-owned car and get back to work in time for my scheduled mtgs. Additionally, Steve took the time out after the car was sold to walk me through some of the features that the car had (he had already done this when I test drove the car but did it a second time when I actually purchased the car - somthing my coworker didn't experience when she purchased a new car at another dealership... She didn't know much about the features in her car). Lastly, Steve worked with me to get an upgrade on my nav disc AFTER the deal had already closed. That was icing on the cake! Typically when a deal is done, the dealership and the salespeople do not want to have anything to do with you since they already have made their $. NOT IN THIS CASE! Steve and the RBM dealership went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied! WoW! What a great experience! .... and I got a great car! I'm LOVING IT!!! For those of you considering purchasing a pre-owned car from an independent delearship, dont do it. Go to RBM, see Steve Edwards and purchase a Certified Pre-owned car and you will be plesantly surprised! More
