This dealership "gets" customer service all the way from the sales to the service department. I have purchased 5 vehicles from RBM and have been overjoyed with each. Just one of my experiences occurred the day before a holiday and my car needed work before travel the following day, the dealership was swamped, booked several days out however the service manager quickly went into action and had my car in a bay within the hour. My technician, James Roberts was outstanding performing all the work quickly, I drove away within a couple hours on a day where any other dealership would have just said sorry, we are booked, RBM came to my rescue. I could not be happier with RBM and in particular my sales rep, Eric Koenigsburg, the service manager, Pam and my technician James Roberts. They all understand taking care of a customer, I'm sure the balance of employees at RBM deliver the same level of service I've experienced. If you get a chance, buy from RBM, it'll be the best car ownership experience you'll ever have. More

I used the Quick Service option at RBM of Atlanta for the first time with my new C350. James helped me quickly get a 5,000 mile oil change for by baby as well as order a bike rack and top bars. I wish to congratulate RBM of Atlanta for having such a valuable service advisor as Bob Christen on their staff. Bob has been taking care of my 2002, 2008 and most recently started to service my 2011 E350 valuable service advisor as Bob Christen on their staff. Bob has been taking care of my 2002, 2008 and most recently started to service my 2011 E350 Coupe. As a retired mechanical engineer I am probably more demanding than most other clients Bob has to deal with and yet Bob has always been patient and accommodating in any situation. Steve helped me purchase a used CLK. The service experience was excellent. Steve was very prompt and addressed all of my concerns. After the purchase, Steve offered to guide me through any features of the vehicle. After purchase, I noticed that one of my mirrors was rattling. With Steve's assistance, I was able to get the car into the shop for the mirrors replacement within 3 hours after contact. Once I showed up to the dealership, I was driving out in a loaner C class within 10 minutes of arrival. In these 10 minutes, Steve had a chance to troubleshoot all of the things that needed to be tweaked and guide me through getting the complimentary loaner C class. I was impressed by prompt and painless problem resolution. More
