Recently I purchased a new E320 from Steve Cavanaugh of RBM of Atlanta, most likely the best car dealership in Atlanta. Prior to arriving at the dealership, I spoke with Steve about the E350 that I wanted RBM of Atlanta, most likely the best car dealership in Atlanta. Prior to arriving at the dealership, I spoke with Steve about the E350 that I wanted as my 1997 E320, although working fine, was ready to retire. My first thought was to buy a previously owned vehicle or lease a brand new one. Steve had emailed me the numbers that included the sales price and the cost of ownership, etc. It turned out that I ended up buying a new car. Steve's sales abilities were customer focused and his friendly attitude closed the sale. He was efficient, organized and thorough, taking more time to answer all questions about the car and making sure that I left with complete knowledge of the car's safety features. He was kind enough to pair my iPhone with the car's Bluetooth system. In summary, a First Class experience. More

My latest car purchase Jan 2012 (a 2010 MM550) from Eric Koenigsberg and RBM was hands down the most low stress and pleasurable car purchase ever. Eric is a consummate professional and a very fair sales person. My purchase price was equitable and substantially below where the car has been selling at auction online, there was no haggling involved whatsoever. For the first time ever the purchase of my Mercedes was as pleasurable an experience as driving one. I have since referrred a friend to Eric who needed a used C class, not a large ticket purchase, and Eric treated her every bit as fairly and respectfully as if she'd arrived to purchase a Maybach. I cannot recomment Eric and RBM enough. They are a class operation and as a sales person Eric the epitome of Mercedes style ~ impeccable, understated and gracious. More
I was referred to RBM of Atlanta and Steve Szuczpak by a close personal friend and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations. I had looked on RBM's web site and had an idea as to which car I wanted but after walking the lot I found the right car. I felt a great connection with Steve as he did not pressure me to purchase the car and was more interested in helping me find the right car. I was also quite impressed with Steve’s knowledge of the vehicle. I was also quite pleased with how quickly Chris Weatherly in finance was able to complete the paperwork and get me into the car as well as suggest maintenance packages to improve my ownership experience. After my very pleasant experience at RMB, I will certainly be back for future purchases and I will encourage my friends to seriously consider this dealership when they are in the market for a "new" or "previously enjoyed" Mercedes Benz.
