I recently earned a Mercedes from my company and visited 2 dealerships in the Atlanta market to make a decision on what car I was going to lease. RBM contacted me the day after my first visit to follow up, 2 dealerships in the Atlanta market to make a decision on what car I was going to lease. RBM contacted me the day after my first visit to follow up, never heard from the other dealership and thus they lost my business. My salesperson, Stephen Cavanaugh, was the best. He was patient and didn't rush me to make a decision, it wasn't about closing me but rather about building a relationship. He focused on giving me the information I needed and the time to make a decision. Mr. Cavanaugh followed up with me as my the lease on my previous vehicle was about to end and invited me to come in and drive one of the new 2013 models that had just arrived. Stephen even went the extra mile to personally deliver my vehicle to a meeting for my company the next day so all my colleagues could celebrate with me! He helped me find the exact vehicle I needed, got the paperwork done in a timely fashion and even gave me a snack out of his personal supply when I got hungry!
