I usually don't write for a survey, they seemed so contrived. But I wanted to write to tell my experience with this particular car purchase. This isn't our first vehicle purchased from RBM nor will contrived. But I wanted to write to tell my experience with this particular car purchase. This isn't our first vehicle purchased from RBM nor will it be the last, however, it was our first experience with Charlie Vaccaro. First let me back track and mention as I have already brought up, this isn't our first purchase with RBM but what keeps us coming back is the whole experience. Lovely people in a beautiful setting. Okay, you say, these are Mercedes we are looking at. Yes, they are but this isn't the only game in town, but they are the only game for us. The "whole experience" is what makes this dealership. For us, there was absolutely no pressure and let me tell you, I hate car sales pressure! We looked, we left, we looked again, we came back... And I mentioned this isn't our first purchase with RBM. It's our third. And let me tell you, it's not always about the "new" car (one of our vehicles was bought from their loaner program - we still own it by the way!). This place is all about keeping you as a "forever" customer. Our experience with the service department would alone be enough to keep us coming back. It's second to none! (but that is for another write-up!!) This is for Charlie and our experience with the best salesman in town! He's a real class act - and I don't write my words lightly. No pressure, no hype, no nonsense - he is the real deal. A car salesman with high standards and even higher ethics. Way to go Charlie, you are the best! And we will be back to see you! More

In the past 40 years of buying cars, this has by far been the best experience I ever had. Charlie Vaccaro was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. At no point did he ever "pressure" me to make a decision. Rather, he provided me with extensive info about the vehicle and took his time demonstrating all the features the vehicle offered. And, after the sale was finalized he didn't forget about me. I picked up the vehicle on a Friday afternoon (and he greeted me outside when I arrived and escorted me to my car which had a beautiful, huge bow on the hood - which I thought was reserved for new car purchases) and Saturday morning he called me to inquire how things were going with the car. He followed up with an email to me on Monday, as well as a personalized letter thanking me for my business. Charlie couldn't have done more to make me feel important and special. Everyone at the dealership that Charlie introduced me to was professional and genuine. I am a customer for LIFE! I will only purchase my future cars from this dealership, though it may be some time before I'm ready for a new car. The price I paid for this car was less than I expected to pay. The extended warranty and additional tire/wheel protection I purchased was also less than I expected to pay. My only regret is that I didn't purchase a vehicle from this dealership sooner. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and value I received. Thank you Charlie for everything. RBM of Atlanta is second to none in my opinion. More
My experience of this purchase with RBM is very, very, very happy, I can't say much besides "everything is very good, more than expectation", little more about the details: people are nice(real nice, not very happy, I can't say much besides "everything is very good, more than expectation", little more about the details: people are nice(real nice, not pretend to be nice), the car is in a good shape, there is no crapy car, no ok car, only good cars there, the car I bought with, new tires, well presented, feels good to drive, and the price they will get you is better than reasonable, so if you are looking for a good dealership, I fully recommend this one, which you can trust and rely them to get you a car with lots of happiness. I would like to tell you about a very positive experience that I recently had with RBM Motors, a large Mercedes dealer in Atlanta, GA. I have been an RBM customer for the last 18 years and have purchased pro that I recently had with RBM Motors, a large Mercedes dealer in Atlanta, GA. I have been an RBM customer for the last 18 years and have purchased probably 8-9 cars from them over the years both new and pre-owned depending on what I have needed at the time. Up until this week, my most recent purchase was a pre-owned Mercedes 2008 SL 550 in perfect condition which I purchased from RBM about 3 years ago. My sales agent is Kay Goggins. Kay is a very sophisticated car professional with a great deal of experience and she has been with my account for a number of years. She is very friendly and easy to work with and I trust her recommendations and advice completely. I have two 16 year old twin sons who have now reached driving age and I needed to figure out a driving solution for them. I am currently in the process of starting up a new company and thus I am on somewhat of a budget which means that I am not right now in a position where I would want to purchase new cars for them. Even if I did want to do that or purchase pre-owned Mercedes, the price points of the current smaller SLK SUV line at Mercedes do not fit my budget. Working with Kay, we came up with a plan. I identified some non-Mercedes vehicles i.e. the Jeep Liberty, which would fit my plan and Kay helped me put together a transaction where if we could find two Jeep Liberty’s for my boys, RBM would buy them, take my SL 550 in on trade and sell me the Jeeps. The only thing additionally that I needed was to be able to purchase a significant amount of extended warranty for each vehicle. Because I am a long time RBM client, Kay convinced her superiors to do this all for me on a handshake. Kay masterminded this whole thing and approached Steve Rosenthal who is a senior member of the RBM team and who is responsible for attending auto auctions around the country looking for top quality cars (mostly Mercedes) that can be purchased for resale at RBM. Steve took on the challenge and found two 2012 Jeep Liberty’s at an auction in Pennsylvania, purchased them on a Friday and had them shipped to RBM in Atlanta. That Monday, because RBM had shown me good faith in securing these two cars for me, I immediately brought them the SL 550 along with free and clear title and surrendered them to RBM. The Jeeps arrived a day later and on Friday of that week, we did the transaction and I took delivery of the Jeeps and everything has worked out just great. I have been in the investment business for over 30 years including the 15 years on Wall Street and the last 15 years as senior partner of a successful investment management firm and I will tell you that this was the most sophisticated and helpful car transaction that I have ever done or ever heard of. In an effort to give me the best customer service possible and help me solve my problem, Kay, Steve and RBM provided me with a total automotive solution that fit my needs rather than just try to sell me something off the lot. The transaction worked extremely well for me from the standpoint of both pricing and the overall experience and it was profitable for them. I will never buy a car from anyone but RBM. Tom Garr More
