RBM IS WITHOUIT A DOUBT THE BEST MERCEDES DEALER IN THE WORLD. John Ellis runs a tight ship. From 1994 to 2003 i bought a ridiculous 167 cars from RBM. The IRS shut my party down in 2003. I bought every one of those cars from my guy John Johnson. When I first went to RBM they wouldn't let me test drive a car. The top salesman didn't think I was real. I went by John Johnson's desk, and he tossed me a set of CL600 keys and said, "enjoy yourself." It got to the point I wasn't even test driving these cars. If a nice car came in, he'd just bring it by the office. This went on for 9 years plus. We used the same buyers order/credit app for 9 years. JJ is best in the business old school car guy. He is not going to show you how to fly the drone in the trunk. But if your car isn't right, he will get it to the guy who will make it right. Last JJ story the IRS shut me down in 2003 I had to do 6 months in a federal camp in Ashland Kentucky. while I was there Five different guys from all over the US there at the same time who had bought multiple cars from John Johnson at RBM. Entertainers, Athletes, Bookies, Nursing home directors, Federal judges, I'm telling you he knew everyone. Best car guy ever. More

They try to get you caught up in their bureaucracy, saying the "engineer" says your car is fine, but yet they agree it's not..... Then they block you from communicating through email. Called MBUSA and completed a service survey, they won't even call you back.... SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.... Spent 87K on a top of the line S Class....and this is what you get....ignored..... More
