I had bought a new M5 while waiting for Mercedes to bring out the C63AMG A507. I was not happy with the M5 seat and electronics. A friend recommend I contact Jerry Peak at RBM. I had bought a GLK for a daily driver months earlier but had no follow up from that dealer. I arrived after hours at RBM and Jerry waited for me to get there. In spite of being lateJerry took his time to walk me thru the choices and found they had the perfect 2014 C63 in stock. I asked him to call me the next day with a trade in offer since I had not driven the M5 to the Dealership. He got with the used car manager on the spot and made an offer which was very reasonable since I was expecting alot of loss since the M5 was new. I bought the car and took the M5 in the next day. After a couple of minutes Jerry confirmed the dealership offer the night before and the deal was done. The purchase process took minutes and was a pleasure. Jerry had told the Finance folks I did not want to spend alot of time since I was paying a cash difference. I have bought alot of cars thru the years but this was the most fun experience I have ever had. . More
I was very impressed with this dealership and the two salesmen I worked with - Jerry Peek and Rick Robbins. The reason why I'm giving this rating is because the overall experience was horrible. My appointment was at 2 o'clock, I arrived early around 1:40pm. I had to wait 20 minutes just to see someone, but it seemed as if everyone was busy or lease too busy to at least acknowledge that I was there. My sales guy, wait let me correct this, my original sales guy Collin was waaaaayyy too busy to even come out and introduce himself to me, when that's who I made the appointment with. However, Stephen was a guy who came to acknowledge me and try to service the best possible. However, I felt as if he was only helping me because they made him to, not that he wanted to. Seemed as if I was cutting into his clients appointment times. And whatever it was that I wanted, it was more of a, let me hurry before my next appointment. Ridiculous!!! Obviously my business at this dealership is not really that important. Which is amazing because I'm trying to buy a car that is on the lot. Please explain to me if I'm missing something here!!!!!! I'm not sure if I ask for much, maybe my expectations for this place was way too high and I need to lower my standards, I apologize. I'll lower them for your dealership. I now know what to expect. All I wanted was a little attention to help me buy a car, it seemed as if everyone else who had an appointment, which I did as well, got the same attention, how come I didn't!?!?!?!? amazing.... The reason I've given a rating of 5, is primarily because of Colin Harrison. I had to buy a car quickly because I was moving, but it was very difficult for me as I don't like making quick decisions, because of Colin Harrison. He explained the options, what they had available, the pros and cons of each, and in this way helped me to make a great decision. He also got the car ready very quickly and spent a lot of time with me going over all the features. In addition, he's going to spend more time with me once I get a little used to the car. He also accepts a lot of phone calls from me asking questions about the car, and he never sounds irritated or like he's in a hurry. Nothing but gracious. I'm very, very happy with my purchase! More

She is willing to bring in partners to find us cars all over the country, she goes on endless test drives, she gives me plain facts on what is fair and best for me, even talking me out of more expensive cars because she knows I will regret it. This is the third vehicle that I have purchased with his help. It seems strange to view a car sales person as someone that is a helpful. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and know that finding someone that even knows what brand they are selling today. There seems to be nothing that Jerry will not do to make sure that you find the right vehicle for you needs. He listens to what you want and answers all your questions and even answers question about the technical details of the vehicle that you would not know to ask. He does not pressure or try to steer you to the model that is ‘on the lot’. He gets to know you and your family and what you need for the particular vehicle that you require. The level of personal service that he provides exceeds all expectations. In my latest purchase he delivered the vehicle to my home for my wife’s approval, since she is disabled, before we completed the deal. The staff and facilities at RBM are world-class but the personal service of Jerry Peek is what brings me back and making owning a Mercedes even more a pleasure. More
