Eric makes me feel comfortable. He knows more about his product, Mercedes cars, than any sales person I have dealt with from other dealers, EVER.! He spends whatever amount of time is necessary teaching m product, Mercedes cars, than any sales person I have dealt with from other dealers, EVER.! In December 2013 we purchased a CPO (Certified Pre Owned) 2011 Mercedes Benz GL 450 from RBM of Atlanta. The price was fair and the vehicle was in great shape.
