Taylor Whitmire turned me into a Mercedes customer for life! First off, lets talk about how laid back this dealership is! For me this is very important because I do not respond well to high sell tactics. On top of that when you walk in you are offered an assortment of drinks, snacks, etc. which is a nice touch. I came to this particular dealership because they had a specific vehicle I was interested in but I also needed a decent price on my trade-in vehicle. I was working through their online “makemydeal” which I particularly like because I could do everything through online communication. Colin asked that I come in so they could give a proper evaluation on my trade. As they did I met Taylor W. who took me for a test drive in the vehicle I wanted. I studied up on this vehicle before going but Taylor still managed to surprise me with new knowledge. After the drive I loved the vehicle (CLA 250) and was very impressed with all the features and the speed associated to this 2.0 engine (definitely has a lot of pick up). I told Taylor the figure I had in mind and Colin came in and was honest about what he could do without “haggling”. It was nice not to go back and forth for 30 mins. Once we agreed on price they detailed the vehicle and I was able to sign the papers in 15mins. In addition, the interest rate through Mercedes is very competitive. All-in-all I’ve never looked at Mercedes before but they are definitely attracting younger buyers and very reasonably priced with their options, much more so than BMW or Audi. Overall, this was such a nice experience and has made me a Mercedes man for life. I’ve owned many vehicles and have never had an experience like this to be completely honest. I will definitely send anyone in the market for a vehicle to this dealership! BTW, Taylor is the negotiator, educator, and facilitator…the man does it all! More

Although I have relocated to Sarasota, Florida and have been solicited by Mercedes salesmen in that city to sell me a car - I respectfully have declined their offers and came back to Kyrus to handle my new car purchase in April, 2015. Kyrus takes the time to get to know his customers. Unlike other pushy salesmen I've encountered at other Mercedes dealerships, he is unselfish with his time and goes above and beyond to make the entire buying experience a pleasure. He even drove to my house to pick me up when my car was ready for delivery, the first time around. If you're looking for someone that has extreme knowledge of Mercedes vehicles and will listen to you and work with you to get you a great deal with no pressure - then...I'd recommend Kyrus hands down. Not only did I love my car, I didn't want to deal with having to find a replacement. I purchased my first two Mercedes from Atlanta Classic Cars, so naturally, I went back there. I also went to Mercedes of South Atlanta. Both experiences left me wondering why I should remain in the Mercedes family. Atlanta Classic Cars treated me as if me buying an older vehicle was not worth their time and Mercedes of South Atlanta sold the vehicle my salesman said they were holding for me on the day that I was going in to make the purchase. Enter RBM of Atlanta. Steve Szczupak was my salesperson, and from the moment we spoke I knew that no sale would be to small for him, nor did he minimize the fact that I wasn't looking to purchase a new car vs. a replacement of what I already had. My car buying experience was excellent! When I took my car home and a few days later realized my SOS button wasn't working, I was able to bring it in to get fixed, not a problem. I simply LOVE MY CAR way better than my old one.
