Once the car arrived, he made sure it matched my order and when he found the floor mats were not included, he personally went to the parts department to add them. He has continued to follow-up with me to ensure I am pleased with my new SUV and when I called about a warning that I didn’t know how to override for tire pressure, he walked me through how to do it over the phone immediately. I highly recommend Don to any Mercedes customer looking to purchase or lease a car! You will be in the best hands! More
We have been customers of this dealership since the early 1990's. The service department used to be professional and detailed. Unfortunately, this is not the case today. I recently had my car in for the seco 1990's. The service department used to be professional and detailed. Unfortunately, this is not the case today. I recently had my car in for the second time for the same service.. I was promised a loaner car. The loaner was filthy on the inside with drips and spots on the front seats. The back of the car was filthy, too. The woman who oversees the service said, "We are very busy and we do not have time to keep the cars clean." There was not another loaner car available. I will not use this service department again. I certainly will not ever purchase another car from RBM of Atlanta. More

Since this was a build car coming from Germany, she kept me actively updated on the status, which I greatly appreciated. Zulema also assisted me with some great incentives, making the purchase even more rewarding. Additionally, I worked with Taylor in the finance department. He was extremely helpful in securing the best loan rates and was very receptive to my suggestions. Taylor guided me through the process and helped me choose the right set of services for my new car. Overall, the team at RBM of Atlanta exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service made my car-buying experience truly enjoyable. I have had a terrible experience with MB Roadside Assistance and RBM. It took four hours to pick up my vehicle after a tire blow out. RBM got it fixed the next morning, but does not provide an Uber o Assistance and RBM. It took four hours to pick up my vehicle after a tire blow out. RBM got it fixed the next morning, but does not provide an Uber or car return despite advertising it on their website. I got transferred a number of times and numerous texts to get the transportation and repair. My last tire problem was handled through Mercedes Benz of Buckhead and I had no complaints. Avoid this dealership! More
