Purchase of CPO GLE experience I recently purchased by GLE for my wife from Don Bonura, RBM at Sandy Springs. It is my second family Mercedes Benz purchase. Overall transaction to I recently purchased by GLE for my wife from Don Bonura, RBM at Sandy Springs. It is my second family Mercedes Benz purchase. Overall transaction took less than two hours. Don and RBM team stayed over 7:00 PM on my request to help me close the transaction to my full satisfaction which allowed me to take the vehicle home on a Tuesday prior to my business travel. Ripoff Was told I needed repairs on my car that were not confirmed by visit to independent service shop. In fact independent shop made repairs not mentioned by RBM. Repair prices are 100% more than independent shop. Understand high overhead accounts for higher prices, but 100%? Could understand 30%. Then received e-mail suggesting even more unwed repairs. More

Both times, Steve has treated my business negotiation as the only activity until the sale is made. He does not pressure your decision process. He strives to make sure you have every question answered so that you as the customer are comfortable prior to your decision in setting or going through the price negotiation phase of purchasing the Mercedes-Benz you have selected. Once Steve has sold you a Mercedes-Benz, he follows up with you to insure 110% satisfaction. This includes correcting small issues that arise even from a CPO Mercedes-Benz product. I do recommend to all customers purchasing a CPO Mercedes-Benz that the extended warranty is a great option to buy as it protects you the customer for its warranty period.
