HORRIBLE. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I HAD A REOCCURING ISSUE WITH MY G550 SINCE I'VE OWNED IT. I have brought in my 2015 GL450 that I bought new and I brought it in to your service center. It has been in there two times in the last two weeks and it has not been fixed. He answerred my every question before I even asked them and, within 20 minutes, he and I were in the car taking a test drive. Before leaving the Dealership 30 minutes later, I was already comtemplating how long it would take to call it mine. The next day, I was in Steve's office signing papers, driving out and calling the car "my own!" More

The purchase experience was smooth and well managed. Everyone knew their role. Everyone handed off to the next person smoothly. On the day we picked up the car the paperwork was quick and easy. There weren't any hurdles we didn't expect. The actual delivery of the car itself was flawless. We were instructed as to all the features and allowed time to look around and ask questions. We never felt rushed, even though it was the end of the day. On the way home we laughed about how much we were looking forward to buying our next Mercedes. More
